I have been going to Welchs for some time now. Today I walked in asking about wedding bouquet for my wedding next month and if she had any samples I could look at. The lady at the front desk was quick to tell me in a less-than nice tone she " DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR ME" so I decided to just leave. As I was waking out she told me I could make an appoiment. I wasnt planning on someone to sit with me and go over every sample one by one. She could have just said I needed an appoiment, I didnt need her nasty behavior when I was asking just a question.... Good luck with your customer service skills.

My daughter and I went in to get flowers for her teacher. We were welcomed as soon as we came in. The woman was so friendly and arranged such a beautiful bouquet. The gentleman was also very nice and gave my kids a balloon. We spent $50 on a dozen carnations a beautiful vase and a teddy bear. Money well spent.
