I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine’s Day while traveling overseas. The flowers were never delivered. I called Salvy the next day only to hear a bunch of excuses about the driver getting confused. Neither my wife nor I received any phone call to help the driver find our location. Since Valentine’s Day was already over I asked the gentlemen on the phone to give me my money back. Few minutes later my wife received a call informing her that I place the order on time but the driver got confused and they will deliver the flowers the next day for no charge. As of today almost a week after my wife still hasn’t received the flowers and I still didn’t get money back. I will never use this place again.

So impressed with Salvy the Florist. I wanted to send flowers in the Northshore area of Massachusetts, but I live in the UK so was worried about how the arrangement would look. I emailed asking for a same day delivery and asked for a special arrangement to be created. I spoke with Anthony when I called to make the payment and he reassured me it was going to be a gorgeous arrangement. And it definitely was!! They asked me when it was best to deliver the flowers which was great because it was a nice surprise for when my mom arrived. She was so amazed with how gorgeous the flowers were. I am so grateful for Salvys team, their professionalism and care for their customers.

Ive ordered many a bouquet, gift basket, and holiday wreath from Salvys outstanding family business, both for in store pickup and delivery, including several custom orders. The products are always high quality, staff always helpful, and delivery always timely, without exception. Most recently, Salvys went above and beyond their usual greatness. I was looking for a large house plant of an exotic variety which they did not carry in stock. Within 36 hours, however, Salvys had found the perfect house plant for me and delivered it to my door! I had been very happy with arrangements from them in the past so I decided to go to Salvy the Florist for my wedding flowers and could not have been happier. They were a tremendous help in guiding me through the process of deciding on a color scheme as well as flower types, and were very accomodating to my needs. Very affordable too! The down to earth yet proffesional and attentive service at Salvy the Florist, as well as the beautiful work they do is what keeps me going back. I would highly recommend using them for an event.

Without your guidance, I would have overlooked ordering a piece for my moms siblings to have at her funeral. All are elderly, and not able to organize something like this. It was a beautiful piece, and my elderly uncle was so pleased. The other 2 could not make the funeral but were happy to see it via the email notification you send. To even making some phone calls to see if they could deliver them to my Mothers work sense I knew you need a badge to get into the building...
