Darlenes arrangements for my Boston wedding were absolutely amazing. I got married 2 days ago, and the flowers were so gorgeous I couldnt rest until I wrote a review. I got married at the Wang Theater - an ornate and historical venue. I didnt have a clear vision of what I wanted, but gave Darlene some suggestions. She exceeded my expectations immensely and was able to create stunning centerpieces that fit the drama of the theatre. Everyone was commenting on the flowers & bouquets. Not only was everything perfect (delivery, set up, quality florals), but she was so reasonable. In fact, I feel the need to pay her more for her services. If you are looking for a florist, look no further. And just for the record, this is the first review I have ever written online - Darlene was that good.

I ordered a flower delivery for my mothers birthday. They completely disregarded what I wrote in the "special instruction" box online and called me for instructions as to where to drop them off (before the scheduled time- too early) while I was at lunch with her! They ruined the surprise even though I gave them all the details they needed before hand (time, location/address, etc). The flowers we received didnt nearly looked the same as the deluxe option I purchased. They also forgot the "special note" I added online to come with the flower bouquet. Very disappointing, would not rely on them for flower deliveries.

I had a photo of a floral arrangement that I wanted to use for my daughters Winnie the Pooh themed baby shower that contained submerged carrots and their greens as part of the floral arrangement. We asked Darlene if she could copy it and at what cost. We found her very pleasant to work with as she explained her design while keeping the arrangement within our budget. We also used her a couple of years back for my daughters wedding. As long as she owns her shop, Ill never get my arrangements anywhere else.

4 daughters, 4 very different weddings (over a 10 year period)......but all with beautiful flowers from Darlene! (Wedding and baby showers too!) We have never been disappointed in her creative, colorful designs. She and her staff go out of their way to make sure that they live up to the brides ( and MOBs) wishes. So many beautiful flowers at a great price. Wouldnt ever think of going anywhere else. I would recommend Darlene to anyone / everyone in a heart beat!! She is wonderful!!!

I got flowers from NS Fruitbasket over 16 years ago, when they were willing to put together several baskets for a funeral, that same day, and have been using them ever since. I am now living in Florida, and after trying other online florists, and having the wrong flowers sent every time, I realized I should just try here agin. You get what you pay for, and there are no hidden costs like other places, and they are very kind and helpful, a great place to get your flowers!

When I needed to send something to my brother in Salem, because of surgery - I decided to check out some local stores instead of going through wire services. Flowers By Darlenes website was easy to navigate, and the flowers were delivered very promptly! I was pretty pleased. Thanks for helping me show my family my love when I couldnt be there for them.

I needed to order flowers to be delivered same day. It was 430 pm East Coast time. It was very last minute. John who who took my call was wonderful. He found a driver to drop them off while driving home after work. He helped me pick a bouquet, write up a card and get them delivered quickly. They will be my go to florist for that part of the country! Thanks John!

Used them today—picked solely on their Google review, to send flowers to my mother-in-law at a local hospital. Even though the flower shop had a glitch with their computer, they called right back and submitted the order. The flowers arrived an hour later and the recipient is stunned. Nice work!

I was blown away by the tables when I walked into the country club where I was having my event. Darlene listened to all of my requests and really came through for me. Everyone commented on how gorgeous the flowers were and how unusual they were. I was thoroughly pleased.
