I called Carrolls Florist in Beverly, MA to put in a sympathy bouquet order for a co-worker and I was appalled at how rude the person I spoke with was. At first she told me to hold on because she was driving and seemed annoyed that I called her at an inconvenient time (9:45AM on a Monday). Then when I told her I needed a sympathy bouquet within a certain price range she repeatedly told me how low the price-range (around $40) was and that I was going to be getting an extremely small bouquet. I understood this, yet she continued to stress how small the bouquet would be and made me feel as though I was being cheap. Then she rudely asked what I wanted the card to say, and I told her "Our deepest sympathy for your loss" and she very rudely said "HOLD ON! I HAVE TO WRITE THIS DOWN YOU KNOW" at this point I was so shocked that I was speaking to someone in the service business and who would treat her customers this way, I interrupted and said that I did not want to continue with the order and I no longer needed her TERRIBLE services. She laughed and hung the phone up. -- Little does she know that my request was coming from a large and well known business on the north shore and we would have continued to use her services had it been a good experience. I wonder if she would laugh about that.... I called Gordon Florist in Ipswich, MA and dealt with a very pleasant person who took my order with ease and assured me that it was all taken care of. Piece of cake!

I had a last minute request from my son to help him order flowers for his girlfriend for the following day. Neither of them nor I are local to Beverly, MA and they were both in town for a show they are performing with. I truly did not expect to be able to find anyone on a Sunday that would be able to take an order and deliver it the same day on a weekend. He called me on Saturday after the shop had already closed so I had to hope and pray that I could get the help I needed on Sunday. I placed a call to Carrolls Florist in Beverly, MA at 385 Cabot Street on Sunday after they opened and spoke to Pamela. I explained my situation to her. She was more than willing to help me. My situation was that the flowers had to be delivered at a certain time since it was being delivered to a performance venue. I got word later on from my son that they were stuck in traffic on their charter bus and were running about 45 minutes late. I called Pamela back and asked to delay the delivery to him and she worked it out so that she was able to do that for me. The end result was a very happy guy with a very happy girlfriend. I ordered a dozen red long-stemmed roses and they were so beautiful!!

Hi, I wanted to write and thank you for the beautiful flowers that you put together for my Aunts funeral yesterday at the last minute. My brother was able to forward me a picture of them. I loved the hand written card too. It was nice to deal with a local company and not a third party website as well! Nothing like tradition service and a human being to speak to! I recently used Carroll’s Florist to create centerpieces for my niece’s wedding shower. Pam was a pleasure to work with. I told her that the theme was ocean, beach with soft pastels. The photos speak for themselves… Pam’s artistry is amazing because of her heartfelt dedication to each customer. I have worked with Pam in the past and each time I have been so pleased with her work. The delivery service was excellent!

I read the last two reviews which were not favorable. This has not been my experience at all and I have used this florist a number of times. In fact Im about to call them with another order. So far so good for me. I have no complaints with the staff who have always been responsive and delivered a beautiful product.

My experience with Carrolls Florist Beverly was not good. The woman taking the call was very curt and snippety. I called another Beverly florist (there are several) and had a great experience. I would not recommend Carrolls Florist Beverly.
