Ive ordered the same arrangement 2 times. While the flowers were nice and as described, both times the container described (mason jar) was not used nor was there a ribbon.The first time I didnt mention it but the second time I did. The owner replied with " our policy states if the container pictured isnt available well use our best judgement with a substitute." REALLY!? She had my email and phone number. She could have contacted me before sending out the bouquet in a ugly run of the mill cheap glass container with NO bow. Ill spend my $50 somewhere else next time. TERRIBLE customer service!

Ordered flowers to be delivered. Since I work for a florist I asked very specific questions if the picture on the web site represented the flowers to be delivered. Paid for delivery. The recipient ended up picking up the flowers. When I called to make sure that the delivery charge was refunded, I was told that the designer added extra flowers. The arrangement received was the arrangement on the web site without extra flowers. I will look for another florist next time.

I called from Washington state to order balloons and a teddy bear for my niece, who was turning 2. Kaitlyn was super helpful and friendly, and was able to take the order AND deliver it the same day. I happened to tell her my niece loves Mickey Mouse, she included an awesome M.M. balloon that was bigger than my niece :). My sister let me know that the delivery was fantastic and a HUGE hit with the birthday girl. Thank you, Red Carpet, for your excellent service!

I was pleased with the price and the next day delivery service, however, when the flowers were delivered they did not look anything like what was pictured online. I was extremely disappointed. Hardly any actual flowers in the bouquet, just mostly green filling. Also the bow around the vase was not tied in a bow but was in an uneven knot, it looked like it was just thrown together in seconds. I wish I was as pleased with the delivery as I was with the website.

You cant beat the local florist, Kaitlyn loves what she does, and will put a wonderful arrangement together that will last a long time. I always give them free rein to use the freshest flowers they have on hand, and have never been disappointed.

I bought flowers for my girlfriend who lives on UNH- I was impressed to find that Red Carpet carries more than just flowers. I got a balloon and a GIANT fortune cookie!! It was perfect and Emma loved it!
