My husband and I are far from flower experts, so we were comforted from the moment we met Pat at Beach Plum Flower Shop. We immediately knew we were in knowledgeable, capable hands. She initially sat down with us to get to know us, learn our style and discuss our budget so she could deliver exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We werent quite sure at the time, so I found various photos online of what I thought might work well with our colors, the time of year, etc. Pat was incredibly responsive during all of our back-and-forth, and so sweet throughout the entire process. She made each interaction we had pleasant and enjoyable. Pat put together the most beautiful bridal bouquet, eight smaller arrangements for my bridesmaids, two stand-alone pieces for the altar and one boutonniere for my Grandpa. We were blown away by how gorgeous everything turned out, and my bouquet lasted for several weeks after our wedding! I cannot recommend Beach Plum Flower Shop enough!

I had the pleasure of recently working with Pat and Lisa for a holiday party. I showed them a few pictures of flower arrangements I liked, and then met with them to figure out exactly what I was looking for. They reviewed each picture with me and asked what I liked specifically from each arrangement, and then incorporated everything into beautiful centerpieces complete with a bark-covered vase. They have wonderful knowledge and customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great product!

This is the best shop in town to pick up flowers and plants and to get information and guidance about previously purchased plants that you may or may not be inadvertently starving to death....Ill just say after consulting with Pat last month and following her advice, my plants all look look nearly as respectable as the day they were purchased. Great flowers and plants and a staff that genuinely cares! Highly recommended!

I ordered a fruit & gourmet basket with a custom request: gluten free snacks. The order was delivered on time and the feedback from the recipients was "beautiful" and "delicious". In fact, I got a call from them immediately when it was received and they were very appreciative. I would definitely call on Beach Plum Flower Shop.to deliver flowers or gifts should I have the need in the Newburyport area.

They have the most beautiful arrangements! You get more for your money than those shops that use major flower companies to do their ordering – bigger arrangements, fresher flowers, and really special touches. I love supporting a local business, especially when the quality and service is so great!
