The service in this location is hit and miss, and the signage has been misleading on more than one occasion. That said, as a full dedicated Babies"R"Us, its got better selection than the Dedham store, and is often more likely to have the thing you need than other baby stores in the area. The store moved from "Its okay" to "Disliked it" when I realized that the changing table in the -dedicated baby store- is not as good as the one in the Old Navy two doors down. In fact, its obvious that, at some point, management pulled out paper towels (useful in a pinch for any number of baby changing needs) and replaced them with a blower.

I ordered stuff online and drove to this store because the gifts I picked from my FRIENDS Registry. I could have gone to a store closer to home but chose this because the website listed the products I wanted as available. When I went to pick up they told me that they had cancelled the order because the product iwanted was not available. They did not even apologize and were very rude. They refused to even help me look up the product at another store and gave me attitude. Very bad experience

Going to that store is a waste of time. Every time I went there I was disappointed and angry becouse they didn’t have what I was looking for. The product location and selection is very bad. If something doesn’t have a price tag they won’t sell it unless you find the same one with a price tag. If you don’t find it you are left with nothing like it is your fault that you chose it and you want to buy it from the store. Other stores have never left me without my favorite product.

THIS IS FOR THE FRAMINGHAM STORE: Everyone there starting with Diana at the registry, Paul the manager and Stephanie at the checkout were so wonderful, helpful and nice! My mother and I went to finish up my nursery for my twins and they helped us find almost everything! Such wonderful service and made our night go so well! Will definitely shop there again! Thanks to them, I am ready for the arrival of my twins! Thank you very much!

These people lack customer service! I literally live 6 minutes away from the Babies RUs in Everett, but Id rather travel an extra 30 minutes to the Babies R Us in Salem, NH! I wanted to purchase a crib for my sister from their warehouse and have it shiped to a star in NJ, and Everett was no help! Salem NH location bent over backwards for me! In this recession you need to treat your customers with the EXCELLENT customer service!

I came here to get some gifts for a friends baby shower and there service is bad here I was disrespected by a few people working on the floor. I just asked a simple question and I had to wait for that person to get another person and that person to get another person. So I was like well get people to work here that know there stuff and I got straight disrespected.

So disappointing. Staffmember at this store sold me a giftcard on December 15th for $150 cash and put zero dollars on the card. At CHRISTMAS time no less. I asked her twice if the cash was actually on the card and was assured "yep" by the young disinterested employee. Thanks. Guess you needed the cash more than the young mother I purchased it for.

if you have a problem and need to talk or email customer service good luck. You will not get a answer. I have a baby bottle warmer that was recalled (especially for baby), which is the "R Us" Brand and it has been over 7 months and NO ONE has got back to me. They also denied there being a recall.. Bad way to run a company!

Staff was helpful, but we got home and found out that all items we ordered at the store could be ordered online for ~20% cheaper (not so small items either: a car seat and a rocking chair). Check out the goods on the store, but then check the price online — it will probably make a huge difference.

Been to many babies R Us in last one year, this is worse one. staff is not co-operative, very serious faces, extremely poor customer service and difficult to find help inside the store.

Service is very badd also employees acked like Kids SOO perfected place for them to get paid and talk on there cell phones and not help customers at all !!!! STORE IS HORRIBLE

This place looks decadent... Short in stuff not much friendly. I was looking for a stroller and most of them where broken, so you cant try them.
