We visit this KMart often as it is one of the few KMart stores in our area. It has a good variety of items but it always seems to be in a sad state. The checkout lanes are undermanned and turnover seems to be high. Still, there are bargains to be found and inexpensive household items can be found here. Even though this store is smaller than the one in Somerville, we like this one more.

A sad situation. The store is always disorganized (employee-wise). The employees to not appear to know/care what they are doing. There are never enough registers open. It has the potential to be a profitable store...but the management (at the top)must change to be successful. They require guidance...a lot of it.

They lost my layaway and didnt seem to care to much. Very disappointed. I set up a layaway so I could slowly afford Xmas and not do it all at once but now Im stuck scrambling around trying to replace things they lost. Very disappointed with the store and the managers.

It took over 20 minutes to check out with two cash registers and two people in front of me. If you had told me I was on candid camera or punked I would believe it. It is why I shop on Amazon.

This is a good store to go to. I have been able to find clothes, toiletries, general home goods and tools all at a reasonable price.

Its Billerica Kmart. Very old and a bit run down, but they usually have what you need in a pinch and theyre open late.

Its being refurbished currently, which was well needed. Its very poorly put together and looks .. terrible

Never enough registers, usually small selection of items, and what they do have isnt the best quality items

Never have enough cash registers open.. and Toy selection is bad.. often Out of Stock on a lot of items..

I like Kmarts reward points and the fact that this Kmart is mostly empty so its easier to shop
