If i could give negitive stars i would.. This company steals from its customers and they lack customer service. I went there on november 20, 2016 to pick up my layaway. first of all they switched the recipts in my layaway (very unorginized). then the associate i was working with convinced me that the balance she was giving me was indeed my balance. im not a very argumentitive persone so i just paid the balance i was given. As i was inspecting my reciept i noticed that the items this associate just had me pay for WAS NOT my items the reciept she had me pay for was one with shoes and towels and i was paying for baby clothes.. still no big deal to me at the time since the transaction was already done i offered to take the store credit and use that to pay for my correct items and ill keep the balance on the store credit since i shop there alot. Instead the woman voided my transaction and said the 76 dollars would return to my card in 3 days and RECHARDED me for my correct layaway. Til this day the money was never refunded to my card Ive tried working with the store managers showing them my bank statements and all to prove the money was taken and never refunded. Ive even tried contacting corporate and no one is trying to help me. Im just warning you guys BE CAREFUL

Good deals, but the store staff can be way too much. Ivee shopped here several times and was treated as if i was stealing. Very unsettling to be stalked around the store like a criminal. A better approach would be to ask if i need help or to just ask if im stealing. But to be playing peek a boo with employees just gets old quick.

Some really good deals in lots of sizes. I have purchased many items from here and the quality is always good. I still have many of the clothes from here in regular use so the quality is pretty good. Never seems busy so checkout is quick and easy.

I loved Burlington coat factory before they became just Burlingto...i went to get my son a winter coat after Christmas and the selection and sizes in stock gave us literally 5 options...pricescwere great though.
