Understaffed, and staff is incompetent. The headaches I have undergone in a 2 year period dealing with this business. I dont know if its the entire corporation or this location, but I buy baby things anywhere but this place now. Amazon is pretty good, much more competitive prices. Clothes at carters. The furniture is overpriced and poor quality, and a dresser I bought here sent my son to the ER. I usually wait 30 minutes or more to see staff to order furniture, and then when I see someone, they multitask from being understaffed and botch the order. This has happened 3 times. When I call customer service to fix the issue, there is nothing they can do, even though it was ordered that day. Then, even if you have a 100% great experience, if it has to be shipped to your home, I found it took over 3 weeks for the furniture. In 1995, I would be OK with this, but Amazon is amazing with ship times, service, refunds, replacements, etc. Prices are better. So, first of all, if you love BabiesrUs, try another location. This is the only location I have ever used, so perhaps I am mistaken overall. Second of all, this business is probably going to go the way of Circuit City, Barnes and Noble and Blockbuster video. Not worth the hassle. Baby #2, Im going 100% amazon.

Ok...Let me start off that I use to be a huge fan of the salem nh babies r us store but over the past year there customer service sucks! The lines are so long and the cashiers are the rudest unperfessional, (sorry) dumest people I have ever met. They might as well put in self check outs...And the managers?what managers? they hide out in there office when they have a problem and send out there team leaders to solve the problem.AND IT NEVER GET SOLVED!.Unreal..Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere! there a joke! I have DISGUSTED my own self from shopping there so many times after the many, many bad expreinces..

Huge fan of this location. This Babies R Us can get busy and sometimes the stock on the shelves can suffer, however the staff manages to clean it up quickly and efficiently. We are able to get through the registers really fast as well. They have a great selection and very diverse items. Great branding and standing behind the companies they offer.

My babies are much older now but this was a great place to shop for their needs at the time. We registered here for our shower and it was great to have the option to shop here, another location, or online. The prices can be a little much but there are deals here and there if you take the time to look and prepare.

Id say this is the best Babies "R" Us in NH in terms of size and selection. Staff is always really friendly and willing to help. Some of the displays have been kind of messy in the past, but I guess thats going to happen in a baby store where the occasional toddler might stroll through...

Very helpful staff! I went there to do an in-store pickup, and the gentleman helping me got an extra dolly to move baby furniture quickly all the way to my van!
