Lisa and Donald were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially for first time parents. The experience can be very overwhelming, however with their help our choices were made so easily. They broke down the must haves and gave us the best price options. This is the best babies r us to go to (millbury, ma), the other locations dont compare! Will continue my baby shopping only at this location!

Drew was very helpful. He helped us pick out the perfect gate for our very awkward doorway. Went above and beyond to make sure it would fit by taking it out of the box and measuring each panel to make sure it would fit. Very satisfied with how today went, I thought we were going to be leaving with out a gate after already returning 2 because they didnt fit.

nothing extra fancy about the store. It is a huge store with a huge selection. They were very helpful in helping me try every baby carrier on even though i didnt buy one in the store. Saving it for the baby shower. LOL it was a great experience.
