Waited 2.5 hours for an oppintment to have someone look at why my 18 month I-phone 5 wouldnt charge. OK - so their busy no problem, but the tech finally took it in back for 8 minutes and returned to say that he removed some lint from the charger socket but he could not get it to work. He suggested that the lint somehow damaged the port and that was not covered by Apple. He did offer a replacement for ($280). Confused by Apple disowning the problem for me recklessly keeping a phone in my pocket (wife hates my pocketbook) risking exposure to said killer lint, I took it to my workbench. After a quick shot of contact cleaner, the dead phone started charging and is now working normally. This took all of 30 seconds. Very disapointing service and assuming the lint suggestion in a "thing", then add it as another reason not to invest in their stunningly delicate products.

Last night my husband and I went to apple to buy a new phone (for me). The first person took our name down, we waited and waited and asked another person who responded by asking if we had an appointment. I looked around and counted 7 apple employees standing around doing nothing while I waited to buy a phone. So we walked out of the store and I over heard one employee who wasnt doing anything say "there leaving." They didnt even care we were leaving. Apples products are already going downhill, now they have pretentious employees who dont care about even selling their products. Needless to say Im going to my carrier instead to buy the phone. This is the worst Apple Store Ive ever seen stay away from it if you want to actually buy a product there.

Got the usual we dont care attitude. I think the root cause is the location - this store is always busy so they know they are going to earn money even with this attitude. Im ready to pay money to do a repair on a product thats out of warranty, yet they dont care wether theyll have my business or not. This is the worst part of Apple Inc - no care for customers - their products are so good that you are on the hook no matter what. Well, even good products break and I like getting mine fixed. I use my computer for work, not gaming and cannot afford to keep it in the store for 2-3 days when repair takes 1 hour.

OK...I hate shopping. I hate looking, I hate waiting for sales help, I hate standing in line for the cashier. Apple to the rescue. I knew I wanted 16g iPad 4. Walked in...greeted in 2 seconds. Greeter asks how to help, I tell him..he pulls out his little iCashregister and clicks a few things. He asks about a case, I say Yes!, by the time I select one off the wall, someone hands him my iPad. He asks how to pay, I say card and he swipes it there, emails me my receipt, tosses the stuff in a bag and Im off. In and out in 10 minutes or less. Brilliant!

Was having such a hard time on my iPhone after changing my iCloud Email Tried all suggestions I could find on line. Made appointment at the genius bar and was helped by Janelle Elliott. She was outstanding. It was a very convaluted issue and she worked with me and the upper level at Apple to get to the bottom of this. She was very professional, knowledgeable and stuck with it til we were successful. Thank you so much.. wish this was how all customer service could be

Got to the Dedham Apple store on 2/29/16 and it was boarded up with a closed for renovation sign on it. I had just spoken to someone on the phone from Apple and wasnt told the Dedham store was closing. So I had to drive another half hour to the next closest store. They need to keep their store information current online to keep other people from wasting their time.

Buy something else....They determined the manufacturing of my sons $2900 system was defective and they would not reorder the exact system. They attempted to sell him a higher model at $600 more, and put the ownership on him to reorder it. The store manager Cooper has absolutely no customer service skills, dont even buy a cable from this location.

My iPhone 6s was dying unexpectedly, so I went in. The technician, who thought he knew it all by the way, informed me that my battery would cost $~80 to replace. He didnt check the serial number. Turns out, my serial number is eligible to have the battery replaced for free, and the kid was either an idiot or just trying to scam me!

Called to make an appointment, and I never received a confirmation email. Called back to check, and they didnt have me in the system at all. Had to rebook for another day, and they were not at all apologetic. Hoping the actual appointment goes better than the pre-appointment.

Video card was crashing my computer, it was a defect (apples fault). They repaired my laptop free of charge (not just the video card but also the casing, keyboard, and battery) and shipped it to my house for free so i didnt have to come back to pick it up.

There is a problem with the latest version of IOS regarding loss of ring tone when calls come in and these people dont have a clue...they arent staying up-to-date on problems with I-Phone 5C. Better trained staff might help!
