Okay- so in terms of the actual store, I like it! I can sometimes find a deal in the womens clearance section and they have some food items you cannot find at the average supermarket. Thumbs up. However, customer service is severely lacking. Return checkout workers are rude and unhelpful. I saw some lady next to me trying to return a BROKEN item and exchange it for a non-broken item and they said no, and didnt even say sorry. When I wanted to make an exchange with receipt, they were like "Thats not how this works. It goes on your card." So I was like "um, so put it on a gift card and apply it towards my new purchase." She just gave me a dirty look and did it. All I wanted to do was apply it as a credit.... Last night, the check out female cashier and an older gentleman employee were gossiping the whole time-in FRONT of customers! No acknowledgment, no nothing. I dont want to hear about your personal gossip! Then, I grabbed my bag and shes like "that one is not yours." Okay, so she forgot to give a customer their bag.... I just got a bad taste when I left the store last night. Customer service is not existent there.

I just waited in line while the cashier Gina held court with all the patrons about her stockbroker husband paying $119,000 dollars in taxes last year, cause in Massachusetts "the more you make, the more you get taxed!" Frankly, I found her chirping about politics and about how much her and her husband making, to be offensive. Most people will never sniff making $119k in a year, no less paying that much in taxes. If she and her husband had to pay it, it means they make plenty of money and myself and Target customers dont want to hear about her personal life and how much money poor Gina makes. Let me guess Gina, you are bored being at home so you took a cashier job to pass the time? I have been coming to this Target for 8 years and come in at least 2 times a week to shop. Alas, I will be travelling to Walmart at the Loop. People there are rude and dont say please and thank you, but at least I wont have too listen to any poor rich girl sob stories. Sorry Target, you lost a loyal customer today.

Service is trash. There is one person on the register out of like 20 registers there. I always see people running around in the electronic isle, obviously looking for something to do. I was very disgusted today, since this poor woman who checked out me and my grandmother, this cashier was asking for help and absolutely no one helped her. Yet, there were 3 women outside in the rain picking up carts. This is the most disorganized Target Ive ever been to. Also they always state they are hiring, I go to the link that they provide and no jobs are EVER listed. They need to either hire a new manager or train their employees. Also I never see ANYONE working between the hours of 3pm-closing. I dunno if they just dont have evening time slots for people?

Target is usually my go to place for some quick shopping, however an exceedingly rude young lady was working the closing shift tonight and mouthed off to my father multiple times. As someone who has experience in customer service, I am appalled that this young woman thought that acting in a sassy manner toward a customer was acceptable. I would call this experience unreasonable at the very least, and may not be returning to this Target until they educate their employees to treat customers with respect rather than acting entitled and unprofessional.

FORMALLY 5 stars, had to edit 12-28-15 Use to shop at this Target several times a week. I will never shop there again. The smelly guy with the glasses, unruly hair and beard (who thinks way too highly of himself) was unbelievably rude and insulting to me. Apparently their protection plans are "completely self explanatory" and he couldnt be bothered to help an idiot such as myself. I wonder why he is working at Target if he is so smart. Hm.....

Ive been to many Targets in the area and this one in Haverhill has the worst customer service. I hate when i see people treat others like they arent customers. Everyone i encounter in one night was rude, if you are in a customer service oriented business you have to treat customer a little better. I still love target but will never return to this one.

To me, Target is a step up from Walmart; that is, the merchandise is a little better and the clientele dont wear their pajamas to go shopping there. All kidding aside, this place has everything from clothing to furniture to automotive to groceries and beyond. This location is a little hidden but it is a huge store with more than enough parking.

I love target, this one does have a smaller clothing section than most I have been to, other than that is great. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a small cafeteria style food area.
