Uma over at the baby registry department has gone above and beyond for my husband David and I! She looked into a delivery I was waiting for and managed to keep me informed at all times and was just so helpful with additional purchases we had to make! Definitely a one a kind customer service experience! Because of her we have decided to make this our home babies r us since we have a little bundle of joy on the way! Thanks a million Uma. When we first registered the employee who helped us seemed like she didnt want to be there. She didnt congratulate us and never smiled. Its discouraging dealing with someone whos supposed to help and they have an attitude especially during whats supposed to be an exciting experience. This experience on top of the managers customer service skills are the reasons I rate them a 2 stars.

They have premie clothes which are find to even find at other babys r us. Easy with returns. Girl checking me out barely responded to me. Kept saying she had coupons for cash off but that she wasnt going to use them? When I said thank you and bye she didnt even look at me. Really odd. Otherwise love this one.

They have just about everything I could need for the baby. Their pricing on food pouches seems reasonable and they have a variety of options. Very friendly and helpful retail staff, they seem to enjoy being engaged in conversations when it isnt too busy.
