As soon to be first time parents picking out a stroller is a daunting task. We were greeted by warm smiles. Mike listened intently to all our questions and concerns. He asked thoughtful questions to obtain a better understanding of our lifestyle and stroller needs. We were able to "test out" the strollers so we could catch a glimpse of what every day life would be like. Even though we didnt purchase a stroller that day we will be back later this summer to purchase one. Its great to feel welcomed and not pressured. My wife and I will be supporting this local business! Ps: this store is under new ownership as of Fall 2016

One of the best transactions Ive ever had the pleasure of doing! I currently live overseas and saw that Hip Baby Gear was offering a special on their LILLIEBaby Ring Slings. My husband and I are expecting at the end of September and were looking for a Ring Sling for our little one. I decided to support a local business and purchase small and I am so happy I did. Within less than 24 hours I had an email from the owner of Hip Baby Gear who was simply amazing! I received my Ring Sling within a week of purchase and it was absolutely flawless. I highly suggest shopping from Hip Baby Gear!!

Awful service. Ordered a baby carrier only to be told THREE weeks later they didnt have said carrier. I asked for a refund & am still waiting for my refund almost FOUR weeks later....have contacted them many times with no response. Luckily I ordered using PayPal & PayPal has great customer service and is currently helping me....I will never do business here again.

I love that the owner takes the time to really offer great customer service! Thats so hard to find nowadays and so nice to not have to leave a store frustrated that things werent explained fully (or at all like in Babies R Us!). They have a great selection too and are very knowledgeable in all the products they carry! Definitely a place Im going back to.

I ordered a Baby Jogger stroller 12 days ago from the store as a Xmas present for my daughter. The sales person was very helpful, told me the stroller was in stock and would only take a couple of days to reach me. I still dont have it, have called 5 or 6 times in the past 3 days and still havent received status or a tracking number.

This store is wonderful, and the owner Jami is great. She listens offers suggestions and has a ton of knowledge. She has a 17 month old herself so its great to hear about products from someone using them. I will buy all my baby products and they even have clothes for kids up to 11 years of age.

I have to give kudos to the part-owner of this store. I had some questions about demoing a stroller and got some conflicting info from a clerk at the store. He personally spent some time sorting it out and getting back to me all in under an hour. Nice personalized service and great store.
