The lady who was at the register checking us out was so concerned with us signing up for a credit card that she didnt ring part of our order in. When I got home and realized it wasnt there, I called and asked if it could be held for us. She said it had already gone back out on the sales floor. Thats great, I spent my time looking around picking this stuff out specific for my baby and because youre distracted I have to stop again, find the stuff Im missing because you put it back out and hope it doesnt get lost in my transaction again. This is not the customer service I expected and I will do as little shopping here as I can.

This is by far the best Babies R Us Location I have come across. The staff is surprisingly friendly and helpful. THis has not been my experience in other parts of the country. Mack and Nicole go above and beyond to make sure the customer has a great experience and it does not go unnoticed. These ladies took amazing care of us when we were in crisis mode and we had a better experience than we thought possible! Thanks for your dedication!

Experienced poor service here trying to return a crib.Different stories by the management on phone and then upon arrival to the store. During past two years shopping here because is closer store have always had poor service from everyone. Employees not knowledgeable on info. for carseats and cribs. Will travel 3 hours to NH stores now instead and hope for better.Poor selection of cribs each time going there also, not much in stock.

Their bathrooms are absolutely filthy. I will not use their bathrooms let alone change my baby in them. Their South Portland, ME store has the most disgusting bathrooms and I believe the state should do something to ensure that they maintain some level of cleanliness. Are any of their employees responsible for this??? There is no evidence that their bathrooms have ever been cleaned. Disgusting. Ill shop elsewhere.

One of the closest Babys R Us to us. We can usually find a pretty good deal here. Customer service is good. The building could use abit of an upgrade especially in the bathrooms. Bathrooms seemed dirty during our visit and stunk.
