Ive enjoyed doing business with Bikeway Source. Last fall, I bought a beautiful Giant carbon-fiber bike and love it. I was shopping for a Giant and was pleased to find Bikeway Source so close to home, just up at the northern end of the Minuteman Bikeway. I really enjoyed using their bike fit machine, and it did indeed produce a good fit. Eric and Chris are great - they always greet me by name. Theyre never brusque or too busy to talk and help out. One day, a young woman came in while riding her bike with a problem - she didnt know what was wrong - turned out the front skewer was loose and the wheel was about to fall off. They fixed it and didnt say a single derogatory thing about her lack of knowledge. Bikeway Source is a small shop with an excellent product line and a big heart. Highly recommended.

I shopped all the local bike stores before buying my road bike. I ended up buying here because the staff was helpful and gave clear, straightforward answers. For instance, they told me what features are important and worth paying for, and which arent. They have a great selection of bikes, but the clothing and gear selection is limited. The service after the sale has been great.

Not only are the owners and staff highly competent, but they are genuinely good people who have helped people buying their first bike all the way up to professional cyclists. Chris and Eric were extremely helpful getting this longtime cyclist XC skiing for the first time this year.

I had a simple issue with a helmet that needed repair and the guy at the computer barely looked up before telling me to go to a fabric shop to fix it. This kind of service reinforces my inclination to just pick up things I need over the internet and not bother with shops.
