i purchased a high end bike from this shop the bike broke from normal riding so i brought the bike back in and asked them to repair it 6 weeks later after calling them numberous times they said they fixed the bike i go down to get the bike and pay the labor which i dont mind as soon i get home i ride the bike and found they didnt repair my bike in fact made it worst so i called them up and they blew me off and gave me a hard time about it. each time i bring my bike there they keep the bikes long periods of time and dont do the job as requested i stopped going there and went to other bike shops that take care of me wayy better than they do in a timely manner. they are fusterating to deal with.

Excellent service, huge selection of bicycles and great customer service. I have been bringing my mountain bikes to Foxboro Bike for about 6 years now and always left completely satisfied. Dan and Mike truly understand how a customer/rider should be treated. You dont get that at other bike shops. I would recommend anyone, friend or family to stop by and experience a well organized family owned cycle shop. 5 stars to you guys all day!!!

no wonder small shops go out of business. first they have horrible hours during the week, so any one working 8-5 has no chance of actually going in to talk to somebody. and when you show up 5 mins late to buy....lets say a bike pump and some pedals, the guys behind the counter says there closed. i understand working late sucks....but join everyone else that has to work 8-5 and works late on top of that.
