Known and worked with the staff since before 1990. Always reasonable service and creative solutions, especially when I encountered issues with an accessory that was purchased elsewhere! Selected a new bicycle from a short list that I had in mind in late August 2014. Staff worked with me to narrow down my selection - knowing the type of riding I do - and suggested a handlebar accessory that makes lengthy rides easier. Already have many miles on new bicycle! Great ride.

Not only did the folks there give me a great deal on a new bike, theyve also sold me various accessories for less than I would have paid on Amazon. All that, plus theyve never tried to upsell me.
