Incredibly nice and helpful staff. I came asking about how to fix my headlight, and they told me they would be able to give me a bulb but that I might need to go elsewhere to have it installed. One of the staff told me hed go ahead and try installing it himself and was successful. They completely went out of their way to help me out, and it was much appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful. It definitely pays to go on line and register as you get even more discounts on some items. It also great because if you think you might need a battery or charging system may not be working. They can check that for you NO CHARGE! AND, if you need a battery, theyll install it free after purchase! Whats not to like??

#1 for price and customer experience! Had to replace U-Joint and needed parts and greaser. Store manager is awesome, covered parts under warranty and Amber totally assembled the greaser and made sure when I walked out of the store I had all the utilities to complete the job! This isnt your average auto parts store!

The staff here is awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and are a great help. The ability to order online and have it at the store waiting for me is the best. Now I only need to make one stop instead of stopping 2-3 times looking for some part I need.

Walked into otherwise empty store with 2 employees at the counter, stood there awaiting service for about 10 minutes with out even a "Ill be with you shortly". Left to visit PEP Boys. Sad as I am the owner of 10 vehicles.
