Ive been in this store a number of times and each time it gets worse and worse. The prices are sky high and the service is nothing to speak of. The guys at the counter act like you are bothering them the second you walk in the door. I would reccomend going to Horn Motors (NAPA) across the street where the prices are lower and the counter help is more friendly.

Local Distributor. The Total Auto Parts trucks drive around Herndon a lot. They seem to be more of a distributor to the local shops than a store front. However, they do have a selection of auto body supplies that you cant find in most stores. Not really for the home-mechanic.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a lot in stock and can get more the same/next day from the local warehouse. They will help with anything even a $1 bulb. I go there for as much as I can.
