Amazing service and the parts are always right. I am sick of the competitors giving us the wrong part and arguing with us that we dont know what we are talking about. Napa is about as honest as they come. They are a bit more expensive at times, but you get what you pay for. I am sick of working on the same part twice because of the inexperience at the other stores that have high turnover of employees. I have learned my lesson (again)!!!!

Excellent service, staff is very helpful. The store is smaller than many other NAPA stores and a bit crowded but the knowledge of the staff make it worhtwhile.

Came in 5 minutes before they closed for a couple light bulbs. They let me borrow the torx bit to remove the old bulbs. Very nice people here
