BEWARE OF HOME DEPOT!! This is a very convenient store and always well stocked and great staff willing to help but today while shopping for hardware I was approached by a salesman from Solar City that interrupted my shopping to try and sell me solar panels for my house. I dont mind if they are at the exit but I was frustrated that he would interrupt me while I was trying to shop. I will never buy Solar City and if Home Depot is going to allow outside sales people roam the store and bother me while I am trying to shop I will not give them my business. I made the mistake of going back today and again was approached by Solar City while shopping for hardware. I told them I didnt appreciate being bothered while I was shopping and was told they have a contract with Home Depot and can approach anyone in the store at any time. If you dont mind being harassed while you try to shop then this is the place to go. Otherwise you might consider spending your dollars someplace else where your are respected and appreciated as a customer.

I never have an issue at this Home Depot. Once I find someone to assist me, if they cannot, they immediately find someone who can. People need to understand that not all employees are versed in everything that the store sells, but if you are patient and do not go for the jugular when the first employee cannot assist you, they are more than willing to find someone else who can. We have a disabled dog and 2 employees assisted my daughter in finding the right supplies to build him a treat box/toy/game. As she described it, they decided to help her make it ON THE SPOT... Not many places would do this. Not many of the younger generation would do this. I thank these TWO employees from my generation (boomers) for seeing the need to help a disabled dog. And they said they had fun doing it. They also stated that bc she came in late, it was slow and they were able to help her. Again, this is an AWESOME store. For those who complain, they should try working this job for a week or two... They would change their tune...

Service with a smile is lost on this store. The employees are lazy and walk around looking at their phones. They always tell me to talk to someone else when I am looking for something or asking a simple question. I finally told and employee yesterday that I will wait while the got the appropriate person. Additionally the Pro desk is never there and it seems I can only order items from then during the weekday hours while I am working my own job. Where has the customer service gone? I would love a Lowes in the area. In the meantime I will shop at ACE hardware.

This, our local Home Depot, is well stocked and typically not crowded. Ive always had a good shopping experience there except for one incident when I bought a 6 foot tall red maple tree. Its was red-leafed when I planted it five years ago, but after that first year it has yet to show any red leaves. Its green like every other maple on our street. Oh well, its still a good tree.

store totally lied to me about no interest for 18 months on a black Friday special, i get charged 37 extra a month because the management forgot to tell me "o if you have a commercial.. card, sorry we cant help" if i would of know this would have gone to best buy..Will not return to store POOR uneducated employees

Normally has what I need at a decent price. The staff is able to quickly help me find the items I need. One staff member went out of his way to check the stock in the back to find a power tool I was looking for.
