As a child I loved coming into this store. They had a section where you could get cookies and color. I never felt like my parents were getting hounded by a sales rep, we always would go and find one when we were ready. As an adult I went into the store and bombarded with a sales rep. They followed us all throughout the store. It made me so uncomfortable. Another disappointment was the prices. Another situation I had was when returning an item I gave an example as to how sturdy the furniture is and oh boy they took this example and ran with it. Used it against me. They told me how to live my life and how bad of a person I was. They refused to help exchange it even though it was under warranty. After many calls and many arguments I was finally able to have them look at my item. The delivery driver came by to look at the item. He told me to tell him what had happened, never mentioned my example because I knew again Id have another storm to go through. He was very kind and left. The customer service rep called and stated that the driver claims I told him my example was the reason why the item was damaged, when I didnt once say anything about it. I finally threatened, which I hate doing, that after years of loyalty buying from the store that wed stop going there. Id tell my friends, and family not to go to this store. They finally agreed to give me a new item. After a year or so this item I returned and got replaced got damaged again. The example I used never happened again. Its just because of the poor quality. I refuse to try and return it. I will be going to another furniture store to buy a replacement. One that will be reliable for years. Very dissapointed that this store in which I had so much fun going into when I was younger turned into a horrible experience as an adult. I watched my parents buy furniture from them for years. I recommend my family, friends, and even worst enemy to never enter or even consider looking into buying furniture from this store.

I will never purchase another thing from this store. I ordered a bedroom suit and mattress for my daughters room, was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks which was fine with us. After waiting 10 weeks I got a call telling me my stuff would be in in two weeks, I got everything ready and waited for the call. Hadnt heard anything so decided to call to find out the mattress I ordered did not come in a twin size. After waiting 10 weeks you think someone wouldve called me to let me know I needed to pick out a different mattress. So we got everything delivered but the mattress which will now take two more weeks to come in. The delivery was great expect something was missing on the day bed which was the trundle. Now, when original talking with my salesperson she knew that we wanted the trundle and we even discussed that no mattress was needed for that because we would be using it for storage. Today I found out that this was never put on my order and I have to pay more money for something I was told would be part of this bedroom suit. I was told they are giving me a discount on this piece now, but can tell you I was ready to send this all back and if my daughter didnt have her heart set on this it would be going back and I would go else where. This has not been a good experience at all and I will never shop at N B Liebman again for anything. Spending over $4000.00 I thought Id get better customer service.

i liked their furniture selection, I liked their prices and their staff until we paid for it. Then it was radio silence. We were told it could be up to 90 days but that it often came faster than that. I even would have been ok with the wait if we had been better communicated with. Instead, I am not getting ANY updates. When I called the store the FIRST time, I was told that only the manager could check on my order that it wasnt "in the system". Fine...but no call. Call #2, no return call. Call #3, I got transferred to the other store and complained about the situation and got a call back...but was told that she was "checking with the manufacturer and would call me back. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and I have not heard a thing. I would have been ok with the wait if I it was more clearly spelled out. It feels like I was given a better outlook to get the sale. They make you pay for it in full with NO incentive for expedited order status or follow up. Despite liking the selection and prices, I will NOT be back. Ever.

I recently purchased a rocker-recliner, a sofa, with matching chair and ottoman. I ordered the chair at the Harrisburg store and the other items were purchased from stock at the Mechanicsburg store. All pieces were delivered by the store in Mechanicsburg. My experience at both stores was very satisfying as the sales staff were all very helpful and efficient. They took their time with me and were a great help in making my decision. The furniture was quickly delivered in wonderful condition and placed in my home. The delivery crew was also very nice. The prices I paid were very reasonable for this high quality furniture and as I later found, as I strolled through Boscovs, NB Liebmans prices for the exact Lane sofa, chair, and ottoman were 15 to 20 percent LOWER than Boscovs sale price! How wonderful to know that I received quality, brand name furniture and wonderful service at rock bottom prices. I will bring all future furniture needs to N B Liebman!!

I shopped at NB Liebman for years. As a decorator I also shop there with my clients as well. Though they do not have a trade program for me to work through, I am always pleased with the excellent customer service, variety of choice, in multiple price points to fit any budget. Harold is an exceptional sales person and knows their inventory well. All of my clients walk away with a feeling that they have been given Superior customer service and an education on what theyre buying. Thank you NB Liebman for making my job easier with my clients and for helping me with my own furnishings.

Stay away!! In the world of Amazon, Wayfair and plethora of other online furniture options, you would think this place would value customers that decided to do business with them. That is not the case, folks. NB Liebman staff wouldnt know what customer service is if it hit them on the head. They make up store policies as they go and have deceiving practices in general. There is a reason why the Harrisburg location closed, this one will be next to go. Spare yourself the headache, the waste of money, and go elsewhere.

Do NOT order furniture from these crooks! We just received our order, and the furniture is TERRIBLE. It is nothing like what we saw in the store. The drawers are uneven and wobbly, and they are even splintered on the insides where the joints are. We called to have this junk picked up, and the manager was not only extremely rude, but he also said he wants to charge us a 20% restocking fee. We didnt even want to order from them because of their pushy, rude salespeople, but they had it in stock. Big mistake.
