I loved the furniture selection - it was exactly what my boyfriend and I had been searching for. Perfect style. Just beautiful! But I didnt give this location five stars due to how we were treated. The sales woman said hello but then ignored us unless we hunted her down for questions. She didnt offer any information about any of the features of the furniture or what makes the peices worth the price tag. It was a disheartening experience to be treated like we were not potential buyers. My boyfriend is building a new home and with a little more assistance from the staff perhaps he could have had enough information on the products to make up his mind on a buy. No other furniture store in town ever treated us as poorly as this location did.

We had a great experience shopping, buying, receiving and now enjoying our furniture. Most likely we are not the easiest shoppers--especially when there are so many choices---but the decorator on staff was spot on in helping us all along the way including a visit to our house and hands on reviews of options with a steady guidance. Fast forward to the end and indeed one of the ottomans had a little imperfection but with one phone call and in immediate turn around the glitch was fixed. We are looking forward to tackling our next room update with these folks.
