This rating is for 3 different occasions I have visit cold stone. I never have any concerns for cleanliness or their delicious ice cream; however, the managers need customer service training for their customers and staff. On each occasion I have visit, I have over heard manager Sham and Liv talk to there staff as if they are beneath them. They have no respect for their crew members. As a customer, I should never hear a manager talk to someone the way they do. Its not right. I can only assume the reason no one complains or lashes out is because they need their job. I visit cold stone frequently year round and never have witness such behavior. I am writing this review because I feel its my duty to speak up for these children whose being bullied by there peers which are their managers. I hope someone reads this and do something. A concerned customer.

Good ice cream, many choices, line can be crazy at times, service is just OK, not as good as it used to be when they first opened, too many employees there seem like there in a rush to get you out the door, probably because the place gets too busy/they are short staffed. Its already expensive. Hire more servers.
