We went here after dinner because we had a gift card. Walked in to see only one lady working and no other customers. She didnt greet us and she was mopping the floor with a very strong smelling floor cleaner. I went to the restroom while my fiancé ordered our ice cream. The bathroom smelled very bad even though it was noticeable that it had just been cleaned. My fiancé said the lady working showed no emotion while he ordered. We tried to sit down and eat our ice cream, but the employee continued to clean the floors right near our table and the smell was so strong, we left and ate in our car. This was at 7:30pm and the place doesnt close til 9. Not sure why she would be cleaning at this time. Very disappointed with our visit.

This was a terrible experience! We were camping locally and for our first time to this location the staff was rude and unfriendly. The girl helping us had an attitude and acted as if we were bothering her. They were out of waffle cones and funnel cakes and she hurried us to make our decision while reminding us that there was a line behind us. She quickly slopped our ice cream together and it was melting. When she rung us up and gave us our change and walked away to help the next customer. She did not bother to smile or to tell us to have a good day. I would recommend you going to another establishment. And I might add that the bathroom door had no handle. The tables were dirty and sticky.

My mom had never had cold stone before and we all wanted ice cream. The date was 10/3/2016 and the guy behind counter not sure of his name displayed amazing customer service. He let us try many samples and he put on a show for us. I have been in many cold stones creamery and they have never tossed ice cream in the air and catch it in the air half across the store. The guy also asked my boy to catch his ice cream in a bowl he tossed it across the counter that was awesome and my boy loved it. I would give this guy 10 stars if I could. He is one the best I have ever seen displaying customer service in the restaurant business.

The Cold Stone in Williamsburg, VA has really gone down hill. There are always a bunch of kids working, not sure if there is a manager, the ice cream bins are always empty. Tonight they were out of milk (there is a gas station right next to them) and they were out of chocolate ice cream. I ordered something with double oreos- she gave me one oreo and literally scooped as many crumbs out of the bottom as she could. I asked for more since thats what I ordered. She actually had to go to the back to get some (OH NO- having to work). Very disappointed each time I go.

Its not my first time at a cold stone. I tried to order my regular in a medium size. The guy suggested something different and offered me a sample of the main ingredient, choc covered pretzels. I didnt like them so I said Id stick with my original choice. He seemed annoyed, gave me a smaller size, barely folded the ice cream around with the ingredients. Im addition, he kept wiping his nose with his wrist, gross. Disapointing. I dont recommend this location.

For it to be summer time it is not the coolest in the store. She didnt seem enthusiastic or welcoming to guests. When I was giving my order she kept walking away from me and gave small amounts of my mix-ins even when I asked for extra scoops that I paid for, she just sprinkled a little on top of my already melting ice cream not even attempting to mix them in. I will stick to the Coldstone on Power Plant from now on.

Amazing experience!! The employees on duty (quite possibly the owners) put on quite a show. He can toss the ice cream in the air (5 to 6 feet) and catch it in the cup. He even tried to get my daughter to catch her scoop. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a visit. Did i mention the ice cream was spectacular too? I had the Chocolate Lava Meltdown and my wife had the Churro Carmel Crave.

The ice cream is top of the line, the customer service is the worst. Every other Cold Stone I have ever been to has been welcoming and fun. I have NEVER been been to this store when the servers have not been absolutely rude! I thought I must have caught them on a bad day, and but it turns out ALL their days are bad days! I dont know how they stay in business. I will not be returning.

Prices seem higher than other Coldstones, the employees are not very personable - their statements are very short with everyone that orders. Also, the shop is not very well kept, especially the (single) restroom. Ice cream is still fantastic, but youre bound to have a better experience at one of the many other ice cream shops in the area.

I dont care that it was the first day working for the girl who waited on me....when I asked for peanut butter as a mix in with my ice cream I got about a teaspoon full in my regular sized ice cream.....train people before you stick them on the floor to wait on people. Back to Brusters I guess

Skimpy on the toppings. Got founders favorite with whip cream. They only put 1tlbs on the top of my gotta have it. Didnt mix the toppings well.All the toppings were balled up in the center. Wont return. I ll stick with my cold stone in Augusta,Ga. 2 stars cause I like ice cream.

The ice cream and menu items always taste good. The personnel are always friendly. Always an excellent experience! Sometimes, there is a long line, especially in 90 to 100 degree weather during the summer time before they close at 10pm.

Family and I visited on vacation! Much better than our coldstone at home! They actually had waffle bowls and cones!! Can you believe that? Great service, super friendly! And of course good ice cream!

This particular location was not very clean. Also, the doorknob to the bathroom was missing making it unusable (unless you want to give a peep show). Workers were not very friendly.

They dont greet you. Skimp you out on every topping. Will talk to each other and get the job done slow. Bad experience. McDonalds gives better customer support than these people.

For a place who mixes in every ingredient by hand, they dont use gloves. Correct me if Im wrong, but health hazard? I think yes. That is a number one rule at my job.
