Ive tried the oatmeal & raisins, and the Chocolate cookies, both are nice. When the serve the cookies, everything is warmed up, and the Chocolate is kinda soft and melty. They deliver and Open till 3AM!! Wish they serve coffee, so customers will enjoy that with their cookies

Took longer than 1.5 hours to get cookies. I could have made them from scratch. The website lists the phone number incorrectly so its hard to get in touch with customer service. Very disappointed. Not the first time Ive had issues with this location. Incredibly disappointed!

I stopped here with my Sister in Law and our cookies were hot, melted in your mouth and INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Service was friendly & the place is clean. We got 1 each of: oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and chocolate chunk. You couldnt ask for better cookies! Hands down!

I just want to say for $9.50 for 6 cookies I want to be completely satisfied and I wasnt. Service was slow and not friendly. I could had went to subway, or McDonalds and got a better cookie for cheaper. I wont be going back.

Disappointing. Ordered 3 times in the past 2 months. Each time they call up and say they are out of cookies and wont bake more coz it takes 30 minutes. I am done with Insomnia, they are expensive and the service is poor.

Excellent service. They let me use a coupon in store that I was supposed to use online. Cookies are only okay though. Its more about the idea of a late night cookie store.
