This is the worst location to get cold stone ice cream. The manager Tia Xie is so disrespectful and inconsiderate of her customers. I worked for her for 9 months and worked hard. She has had lazy employees come and go and she treats one of the best workers like Im not worthy of the position as crew leader. She messed up a cake order once (and btw, shes the only one who makes cakes) and did not answer the phone when I called to ask what to do. I was the only one on shift and made an executive decision to give her another cake which was the same size, flavor, and just put the correct script on it. I cared about customer satisfaction and was cussed out and was told "I dont give a d*mn about those a**holes. They can get a refund". Someone came in the store another time I was on shift by myself and stole my tip jar. I called her several times and got no answer. When I finally got in contact with her she said "what did you want me to do?.....next time when youre on shift by yourself just put the jar where they cant reach it".She replaced my tips( without me asking her to) I quit and she tried to convince me not to put in a 2 week notice ( most likely to make it seem like she fired me). When I went to pick up my final check she deducted $6, which was money that she gave me when my tips were stolen. I told her that I didnt ask for it and she said "if (i wont put the employees name) gave you money from the tips, thats my money and I can take it back". Shes disrespectful and discriminatory. She gave all employees christmas cards except for myself and one other employee (and she even told her that she would do something else for her since she didnt get a card). However I found this found through another employee who was under the impression that i received one. I asked another employee about it and she told me that Tia told her not to tell anyone that she gave her one. I have done nothing to deserve such cruel treatment. She even made it mandatory to have a cell phone after I started working there because she had a problem contacting me through my mothers phone (because she wants to talk to her employees any type of way, most of them being teens). She even refused to hire someone because they used their moms phone number to apply for the job. She even said something along the lines of "her mother should have applied". Disrespectful on so many different levels. She constantly talks about all her employees behind their backs and tells other employees.She is so unprofessional. She picks favorites, also. She has the type of "I do what I want" attitude. I hope she eventually sees a professional for help because it is something mentally wrong with her. However her attitude towards me has nothing to do with me but has everything to do with something she lacks within her. -Chaboura Green, Angela Green

Horrible experience. I will never visit this tacky establishment again. I waited 25 minutes today because there was one person working in the store. Finally another guy comes in at 5 and Im next so he helps me. Not friendly, no greeting, he just asks whos next. I ask for a sample of peach ice cream and a strawberry banana smoothie. He makes it then I get to the register and he says my balance is $8.XX. The price of a smoothie on their menu is $6.19 plus tax. I inquire and he says they charge for the strawberries and bananas as mix-ins. Haha!! WHAT!? How on earth can you charge me extra for the strawberries and bananas when I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie? And I didnt order extra or anything; they wanted to charge me for 2 mix ins. The server took it off because I told him they werent allowed to do that. His name was Christian and he said his manager made that up and that her name was Tia. Ill be called Cold Stone headquarters in the morning. Never again.

The worst experience ever, at one point of time this was owned by different owners bros.& sister the employees are very rude unfriendly the building is filthy i have pic that I will upload to a different site the owner is rude unfriendly and doesnt belong working with or for people worst experience ever for a 9.40 cent large milkshake Id rather a corporate cold stone at lest you know if your experience is terrible theres something you can get done about your experience here they do what they want but i will be moving forward with the footage an pics i do have because this was very disappointing for me

My husband picked me up an everybodys tub of ice cream that was supposed to be vanilla and chocolate mixed in with brownies, cookie dough, and pecans. When we got home to eat some all we could taste was a strong banana flavor. Im assuming they didnt clean the mix-in spoons before mixing it all together or theres a something banana tainting the flavors of their ice cream. He also put hardly any mix-ins for the size of tub we got. Weve gone other times and they did good but this time was a huge disappointment.

Service was terrible. We walked in and we were the only ones in line. The person behind the counter was on the phone and looking out the window. We were patient for 5 minutes and just let her do her thing. She never turned around to look at us. I finally walked over to get her attention that she had customers. She looked at me, continued talking on her phone and then went to the back. She never asked if I could wait a minute. NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME! This person should be fired. Never again.

Horrible horrible service. The staff was rude and barely had any ingredients. We ordered our ice cream and all three orders were made on an uncleaned surface, so there were other flavors mixed in w ours. There are signs printed and highlighted all around the store w messages to close the door or push this door shut or pull the door hard... totally weird. All in all this place is pretty ghetto. We wont be back and Id bet this place will be out of business soon enough.

The ice cream was delicious. The employee was nice, but advised they were out of all cones for the night. It was nearly an hour before closing, so it seemed like poor planning. Just after they locked the doors for the night a customer came up. When they opened the door to let another customer out, he explained that he desperately needed a birthday cake. The employee was nice enough to let him in. Im sure that made his night!

It took 30 minutes to get a few milkshakes and two cost $18. When we confronted the manager she said it was the other persons first day and got very defensive. She had not come out at all to help until the other girls asked and even then she was minimally helpful. Someone we were with went to Pot Belly next store and got a milk shake for $3.50 in less than 5 minutes. We will never go back to this location.
