I had a mishap while making my husbands cake and live 5 minutes from the bakery. I called them at 5:24 and asked if they could do me a favor and wait an extra 5 minutes. The woman on the line said theyd be there for 15 minutes more and if they were there, they would let me in. I raced over and knocked on the glass; the lady behind the counter ignored me. I called several times and she did not pick up. It was obvious she heard me and was ignoring me. I dont understand why she said she would wait for me. I wouldnt have rushed over and had my neighbor watch my baby if I knew I would have been ignored. Will not be returning.

I was going to give them at least a 3 star until I ate the cake... Smh... So first off I ordered my daughters birthday cake a week ahead and provided a deposit. Upon picking up the cake it was a totally different design that I sent them. Ok. They fixed it an hour later. Everyone makes mistakes I get that but after I picked up the cake after the 2nd attempt the icing wasnt the icing I ordered! They never mentioned a discount or anything for getting everything so wrong. I will not be using them again for any more cake orders.

NOT a cannoli....cannoli are made with ricotta cheese. Called to complain. They use a cream cheese for the cannoli. Well , it isnt cream cheese is a vanilla type of cream. A .... $3.50 for a fake cannoli! The Chinese almond tastes like a vanilla cookie. NO almonds at all.....usually these cookies have a few slivered alomds on top or edges are rolled in chopped almonds. This cookie was rolled in sugar! Very disappointing! I will not give my hard earned money to them again!! So Sad!!!

I had a friend tell me she didnt like cakes from here...thank god I did not listen to her!! Our cake was BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted, and tasted so good! We also got a big red velvet sheet cake that was gobbled up in no time. I even had a little panic when the cake decorator quit when I came in to pay my balance...but they came through. I would recommend them to everyone!

They have delicious cakes, cookies and pastries but they are never open. They close alot! When you need a spur of the moment holiday cake....theyre closed, when you need spur of the moment birthday cake theyre closed. Need Christmas cookies guess what theyre closed

This local bakery tastes like a bakery right out of germany!
