I have been a loyal fan of this game stop for over 15yrs now and the service has dropped tremendously. Twice i was given miss-information by that game stop and had to go to pandora and they r more expensive. The first incident was when i went in there and asked if they had a charger for the first model psp and the guy at the counter says "the old one, oh no i dont think anyone even makes those anymore". I went to pandora and asked them and they said "yes its the same controller for the first 3 psps, they didnt even change the controller until the psp go". So i bought the controller from pandora. That boy at Game stop was so worried about being condescending that he cost Game stop a customer, and im sure im not the first. They dont even give you much for your used stuff. Pandora has awsome service and they r a little more pricey but i feel u can not put a price on good service. I am very disappointed with game stop. I just called up there this morning and the guy that answered was not helpful at all. I called the game stop in pg plaza and he provided me with more information.

When I used to live in the area, this was my GameStop to go. Staff are friendly and helpful. It does it a lil crowded in there, so you know they must be doing something right. I got my Xbox one from here. Was there only for about 15 mins. Got my xbox one 2 controllers and 3 games. I dont remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was very friendly and helpful. Recommend this place more the PG mall location.

The store is more organized than the pg plaza location up the road. The staff are friendly and have good conversations with customers. Can get distracted though sometimes so limit conversation length. My main problem is the lines. Sometimes it takes awhile for the line to move and thats the real bummer.

Nice customer service but the problem is when you trade in for games they give you little money compared to what they used to. It is a good game store but nothing is overly priced or under-priced unless getting few year old games. I enjoy the staff and its pretty organized PS - Ask for free stuff

This is my go to spot for games. I dont think I ever had a bad transaction at this one. The staff is pretty chill and helpful, plus they do midnight releases. I dont really have any negative thing to say.

The selection is average, but service was very poor. It took 15 minutes for him to tell me they where out of 3ds chargers. And at least another 5 for him to ring me up for just two Xbox one games

It was an overall okay experience, like every other except the prices of the games were not updated. It said 60 on one case and on another the case of the same game it said 30.
