Was in the store in Dec 18th @ 4pm. Was not informed of store credit @ time of original purchase -2:days prior. Young male employee was extremely disrespectful when I inquired if I could receive a cash refund. Male employee stated it was my problem. After this disrespectful comment I asked for Managers or Owner stores contact info. He refused & continually became more belligerent . He stated he wouldnt give me his name or the owners name & stated he was the owner, now what?? My wife had to step in to get credit & then this employee became disrespectful to her as well. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone & the employees lack respect, & knowledge of how to treat customers.

Went here a couple of days ago to purchase a used Xbox One and Forza 6, both of which were in stock. The employee on hand was super helpful and friendly. Wasnt pushy, which is a big plus for me. He is also a Westminster native and was very open about the stores current intentions given the unstable-ness that has become the Town mall. On top of that, he told me about a few initiatives that Savepoint has in the future for getting involved in the community. If youre reading reviews that negatively affect this stores reputation, remember that there are two sides to every story. That is in fact a golden rule when it comes to retail and entitlement. Give Savepoint a shot!

People there were pretty rude on multiple visits (although it was the same person each time), acted bothered when asking questions or trying to do trade ins and overall had bad attitude. The store is cool, but id say hire someone else to run the store/be cashier? as the current person is just incredibly rude and verrrry unpleasant to do business with, and ruins the experience, a few people ive spoken to feel similarly so I imagine this could affect the store poorly if things stay how they are

I sold my 5 year old Wii there and made $40 in store credit which is a good amount for a Wii. Also, great prices on games and consoles, especially retro ones. I bought a Gameboy and 2 of my childhood Gameboy games for under $90 and they are hard to find nowadays with GameStop only selling the current games that are sold by major companies in the market today.

Traded in a load of items last year and the staff was fantastic. Got store credit and come up occasionally to play the arcade games for a few hours. Great store with competitive prices against big box and other retro stores.

Lots of classic consoles and games, as well as some older arcade cabinets. Would have given five stars if the cabinets were better maintained.

Staff is cool and they have a wide selection of vintage games and consoles. They also have several arcade machines that you can play.
