Bought the new snap lock 2 a few weeks ago from them. They drilled it right there and the ball feels great. I bowled about 12 games with it and couldnt quite get the feel for it though. The ball just continually came back too hard in the back end and hit hi all the time. Went back told them what was happening, they put a higher polish on it for me for free. I have bowled 6 games since then on different days and have averaged 222 from a ~185. This ball is amazing it destroys the pocket Everytime and i get an incredible amount of pin action from it. The staff was awesome here, after telling them what was happening they happily made an adjustment to my ball finish and it is perfect. Thanks again, will definitely be a return customer.

Great customer service. Very Friendly atmosphere. Had the ball I was looking for in stock and drilled it while I waited. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I try to steer away from pro shops inside bowling alleys (prices are always high, being that the bowler does not need to go far for what they need) and this one hit the spot. Will def. be returning for future cleaning and products/service.

My husband and I came in the store and we looked around at the products for about ten minutes and no one came to help. One person came into the store after us and went into the back. Another person was drilling a ball but he saw us. They did not have much of a selection and their products did not look updated.
