This review is for the company, not this particular store. I purchased an item online and payment went through. I ordered 2-day shipping because I needed it by then. The order was cancelled and they told me they didnt have it in their inventory? Why was it listed? They sent me a letter addressed to "Null Null". Wow, great customer service! Did they offer a similar item? A discount on another order? Even a 5% off coupon? Nope, NOTHING. Never again.

Great Golf Galaxy location! Mark (the manager) and all the guys that work there are awesome, knowledgable, and really make you feel at home. I live much closer to the location in Columbia, but the sales staff there is terrible, so I always take the trek up to Towson when I need something. Bill, their club tech, is great too and is meticulous about doing a good job on your clubs. Look no further than this location for your golf needs!

Worst customer service. After garunteeing my clubs would be finished within 24 hours and calling to re-confirm 1 hour in advance, they were not. Employees were not apologetic. I recommend Golf Smith for any club/grip alterations.

Went to get thw lie on my irons adjusted. Said they couldnt do it and had to send to Taylormade. Went to the Elkridge store and they did them. Very shady sales people at this store.
