One of the worst experiences Ive had at any snow shop locally. I purchased a pair of "540" snowboard bindings which were recommended by one of the shops "experts" in which he insisted these bindings were compatible with my Burton snowboard. Taking them home I mounted them on my snowboard with two screws because no more could fit. I wasnt concerned because I was informed this was how the compatibility worked. Within the first use my entire ankle strap had fallen off from just casual riding. Luckily I found the screw to re-mount it but after the initial break it was very flimsy and loose. The next run I tried a jump and the entire binding shifted the opposite way and came half way off. This ended my day, and on the way back to the car the toe strap of my binding fell off somewhere in the parking lot which I never ended up finding. Now Im stuck with a completely broken pair of bindings that I was already hesitant to buy. Be very careful from making purchases from this shop, terrible customer care, very unprofessional staff, and a general lack of knowledge can severely injure someone less experienced.

I went to the other local ski shops, Era was ok I guess, pricey though, and outfitters was a bad time for a few different reasons . Ski Tunes was BY FAR the best experience. I had a set of skis set up for me that the other shops turned away because of inconvenience. Grant and his tech guys were happy to get me setup. The level of knowledge from this shops team of tech people seemed well above the others. I am very happy that I ended up at Ski Tunes after disappointing experiences with the other shops. Go here first.

I make all of my ski purchases from Ski Tunes and they have never guided me wrong. I have purchased multiple sets of skis and boots from them and I couldnt be happier with every purchase. Great ski shop. Ive been to others in the area and this shop has the best service and prices. I am a beginner and the experts in the shop got me exactly what I needed at a great price.
