Think twice before placing an order from this florist. I made a huge mistake by trusting this florist to make the flower arrangement for my wedding! I sent pictures, I went to the store, and exchanged numerous emails. You would think the owner would know what shes doing...wrong!! They got everything wrong! From my bouquet, to bridesmaids, maid of honor, and even the grooms boutonierre. They were suppose to use left over flowers from my bouquet to put on my wedding cake. To my disbelief, that was wrong too! I never had red roses in my bouquet. My bouquet and bridesmaids bouquet was suppose to be white and cream for the color scheme. They came out to be as colorful as a rainbow. Furthermore, none of the flowers were used that I requested. I asked for peonies, calla lilies, and so forth which are pricey. And they decided to use carnations. My wedding was on a Sunday and I called first thing Monday morning (4/26/10). The owner was not in. I was told she would be in Wednesday. I called Wednesday, and was told she would be in at the end of the week...how convenient! I dont plan on getting married every year. Forget-Me-Not Flowers ruined my wedding flowers. Now, theyre not trying to refund anything. I wish I had read the reviews, before trusting in this unprofessional, quick to take my money and not refund, sham of a florist. If you like to waste money and get disappointed, then this is the florist for you. If not, I advise you to go somewhere else. They dont even deserve one star for a review. Forget-Me-Not is not the right name for this florist. More like, I like to forget I went.

The customer service here is despicable. We ordered flowers for co-worker who was recently diagnosed with cancer for the second time. When they arrived we realized it was not what was ordered. It was pitifully small. I called to complain and the women said the orders were mixed up and they would send the right ones. Which is nice but the surprise was already ruined. Then they told us the order was mixed up. That we ordered standard not the deluxe. I told her I would send her our receipt showing we ordered the deluxe. She continued to argue with me. Someone came to deliver the new flowers but wanted the small ones back! Our co-worker had already taken them home so he took the flowers back to the store without saying a word to us! They couldnt get their story straight, they rude on the phone, and only offered a $10 credit and we still dont have the flowers we order. I found their service to be appalling. We will never be ordering from again and we dont suggest it to anyone else.

I had a funeral/viewing to attend at Kirkley/Ruddick funeral home, so I went out a couple days ahead of time to scout the area see where I had to go. Right next door was Forget-Me-Not, and since I had not yet ordered flowers it seemed like a no-brainer. I had an Ipad, and brought up the funeral home web page, let the clerk get all of the info off the site, told her that it was going right next door, and brought up a picture off of ProFlowers that I wanted to duplicate. She got the code, rung me up, and off I went. Imagine my surprise when I went to the funeral and my flowers WERE NOT THERE! Seriously, right next door, 2 days notice, I even pointed out the window to the funeral home where they were going, and they managed to screw it up. Forget-Me-Not? What an ironic name. Still waiting for a call-back. This is indefensible.

This little flower shop did the flowers for my wedding last September, and I could not have been more pleased with the floral arrangements and the personal service that I received from the owners and their staff. I wanted my wedding to have a vintage look and feel and the owner took a lot a lot of time with me choosing flowers and a bouquet design that was reflective of yesteryear. The beautiful bouquets that she created had a French braid design with gardenias and stephanotis and looked fabulous with my gown. My husband and I have used this flower shops services several times since and we have never been disappointed. Forget Me Not Flowers definately made my wedding a memorable experience.

I placed my order late in the day not expecting too much as far as product availability and willingness to help. Could not have been more wrong! I reached out to Debbie to design and make my wedding bouquet and my fiances boutonniere. I wanted to simply bouquet with the focus being a Protea flower. She did an amazing job with this. She had already worked with this flower and had great ideas for how to make the bouquet. The flowers were ready on time and were exactly what I had hoped for. She really made our wedding day special and I highly recommend working with her shop.

My daughter got married they shorted us the best mans bootineer and the flower girl pedals. As well they put Lillys in her bouquet which she did not request and is allergic. They also were given 2 small frames with pics of her and both her late grandads they were supposed to be wrapped in the ribbon on her bouquet. My daughter was in tears because of this place.On her wedding day.

Forget Me Not Flowers did a remarkable job on the flowers for a friends funeral. It was a very custom creation with a military Airborne theme. Just beautiful. I had ordered from out of state, so I was a little hesitant. I would not hesitate again to do business with these folks. The even sent a photo of the arrangement via email. Thanks so much folks. I ordered flowers for a memorial service and utilized Teleflora -- they had Forget Me Not Flowers & Gifts fill the order. The flowers were dying and the words on the card misspelled. How awful. The only thing they got right was the delivery date and the vase. Be careful!!
