If I could take away the one star I would. I have never felt so belittled. We to J Florist for a bridal consultation. We get there and pay the $35.00 consultation fee. First, theres no place for us to sit. We had to stand at the counter. Then, the lady told us what we wanted and didnt listen to my ideas. When I turned to ask my sister a question the lady that works there says, "They dont matter [refering to my mom and sister], look at me!" We were not allowed to look through books and there were no examples of their work. We were being rushed and when I expressed what I wanted, itvwas dismissed and was asked Why. I was trying to explain what I wanted for my bouquet and she then says, "Because youre wide, it shouldnt be too big or too small. " LOL... CRAZY! The straw that broke the camels back you ask? --> My mom was looking through a book while I listened to the lady when my mom grabbed my attention for a brief second. I then asked the woman to repeat the last thing she said and she tells me, "You dont listen!" When we get upset with her poor customer service she gets upset and tries to argue with me. I explained to her NICELY why we were dissatisfied and she replies with, "Whatever". I told her I wanted a refund of my $35.00 because I was not happy with the service we received. She got more upset and continued to argue. I told her I was not going to argue with her. I DO NOT recommend this establishment for business.

J Florist did all of the flowers for our wedding (bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages.) What a phenomenal job! The price was very reasonable, the service was impeccable (so friendly,) the flowers were gorgeous. Everything about their service was top notch. I highly recommend J Florist. I will definitely be using their business for all of my future flower needs.

A smaller store, but nice. Staff helped make a bouquette for me to bring home. The flowers held up pretty well, they didnt live super long, wish they lasted a bit longer but oh well. The prices were fair.
