Drive off the I 70 and get on Rt 40 for a nice selection of fast food & better ones on your trip. We grabbed a very quick breakfast at the Burger King. Plenty of parking and gas stations. Frederick is a cool town and is equal distance to Washington DC & Baltimore.

Ive stayed in hospitals nicer than this place. Only prvide a bar of soap and some towels for bathing. They dont even offer, "Do not disturb" signs to put outside your door. However, if you want to sleep in, check out is 12 pm which is a plus.

I come here mainly to get craft supplies for my children at Joannes. Flaming Grill is one of the better buffets in Frederick and the only place Ive found to get my Ban MI fix is Pho TNT.
