I shop here frequently due to the close proximity to where I live. Its a decent mall in that it has all of the elements youd expect at a mall, but Ive noticed a few things that are disappointing to me that have changed in recent years. The kids playgrounds are usually filled over capacity with too many kids and parents that are not attentive to their children. I would never let my kids play in them out of fear they would get hurt by bigger kids. The other thing I hate about this mall is the baggy pants teens walking around showing everyone thier underwear. It makes my young daughter embarrassed she sees that. Families should consider this before choosing to spend a few hours there on a weekend. Last thing is the food court. It is quickly running out restaurants that have names you would recognize. Some of the places look... sketchy. All that being said, its still a great place to shop of you are looking to buy something from a store that you know is there. If you are just wanting to kill some time and/or hang out at the mall, you might be disappointed. One last thing, the bathrooms are always clean, which is nice.

i really enjoy this mall. it doesnt have a hundred floors, theres just like 1 or 2 ,so its super easy to just walk around and/or shop. the food court is nice. i like the Aunti Annes pretzels and the hawaiian bbq place is really good too. Chic fil A is also there with great food and service plus they have never screwed up any of my orders lol. The seating is spread out so no one is really right on top of you. The Barnes and Noble has been more busier in recent months since the other Barnes and Noble on CommonWealth Centre pkwy closed. H+M and Grimaldis Brick Oven Pizza has been a very nice addition to this mall for me because I love brick oven pizza and H+M was one of my favorite places to shop at in NYC so Im so happy to have one very close by. Theres another store that has all things Virginia, like local honey and Virginia souvenirs, Virginia history stuff. just all stuff from Virginia; with that said, they sell chocolates from Nancys Candy co. a wonderful chocolatier factory in the mountains here. The truffles are so good!

Chesterfield Towne center is constantly changing from the time it was built when I was just a teenager to the stores that are there now: there has been so much change for the better and for the customer experience. Which can be family, personal, going out on a date, or just stopping by to pick-up something that you need quickly. The parking is easy to get in and out of Chesterfield Towne center without getting locked in a maze while still affording plenty of handicap parking. You can even get up early enough to join people that have created a "walking club" to be able to do it all year round. The Chesterfield Towne center gift cards are always a good idea, because they work at all the stores and they even have more benefits I have yet to discover. I know this may sound like somebody just writing something for CTC but Im not employed there just giving my opinion.

This mall has turned around in a major way. Its not upscale, per se, but thats what I like about it. Its a nice size mall, but not huge. If you need something but dont want to spend all day, you can. If you want a choice somewhere between leaving without bags or leaving without money, theres stuff here you can actually afford. The added fireplace is actually nice to sit around and relax. Very impressed with the changes made, so far. A few years ago I almost thought they would have to close the doors on the place, but the anchor stores arent where the money is, and I like that they are considering things other than stores for those spaces. Very shrewd choices, I think. The fireplace makes the whole place so much better because of the centralized air flow compared to the old chlorinated fountains, for example. Nice work so far.

This mall has changed dramatically over the years and for the best! You can get upscale looks with Express and Francescas Collections or get your day to day casual wear with the newly added H&M store! You can really buy anything at this mall that you would need - from soap at Bath and Body Works to garden/patio decor at the At Home store! This indoor mall with a giant fireplace at the center head of the main entrance will keep you warm in the winter and youll enjoy the sunshine in the summer even inside because of the giant windows that double as the ceiling. You wont be disappointed with your trip to CTC!

On 10/07/2016 a member at Cuore purchased food from Sweet Olive which is located in your food court. We have found maggots within her rice. There solution was to give our member two free meals. Stating that they can not give her a refund and that is the only option they can provide. We are not aware of your food safety and requirements are but something needs to be done. I have attached photos below and will be contacting the Health department effectively on Monday 10/10/2016.

This is my go to mall should I not be able to find an item at the other mall locations. Ive shopped at this mall for many years and recall when it was at its peak and the go to mall like Short Pump Town Center. Over the years, people tend to go to the newer malls when they open. Many stores have come and gone from This location but they still have a wide variety of stores for everyone from sports specialty shops, shoes stores, Old Navy, Macys, etc.

It is a mall... Im not sure what to add to that, because it is exactly what youd expect to see out of a mid-sized mall. No movie theatre, but they have an actual arcade! A great place to go shopping for your new wardrobe. If you are a teen, it is a great place to loiter around away from your parents who could never understand you, while trying to meet other teenagers, but not trying too hard because that would be lame.

Its a neighborhood mall geared toward an older demographic in my opinion. There is a nice H&M store and a lovely pizzeria called Grimaldis. I like the fact that they have a Barnes & Noble. But despite what I would say is a wonderful effort made by rotating management companies to try to make it hip, pretty and fun, its just a boring neighborhood mall. Nothing special or exciting.

A steadily declining mall with no quality brands or upscale stores. Food court is not great and the parking lot is a pain. Vape kiosk right in the middle where morons blow smoke in everyones face as they walk by. Only one bathroom located in the food court so its a pain if you are on the far end and need one. Large groups of shady guys like to prowl the mall and start trouble too.

Glass skylights A warm fire by the food court. Seats also throughout the mall. Fun venders selling a variety of food. Sunglass Hut . books at Barnes & noble. Sears. Clothes for kids teens and ladies. Even clothes for men. Imagine that. Lots of people walking and wandering , but it is a safe indoor space for that. This place has really grown since 1979. I miss the movie theater.
