Im still uncertain as to how one ranks and rates a shopping center but any shopping center is pretty much going to have an "average" rating because its not the shopping center that matters so much as the quality of the businesses inside. And thats variable from business to business.

A lot of empty business office space and it looks like another business is closing. The shopping center could use a little bit more security and upkeep

Nice strip mall, convenient to stop by on way home. Food Lion, and India Raj also Chinese restaurant. No Burger King
