This review is intended only for my interaction/experience with Yoel. With the exception of a few employees, the majority of employees are a poor reflection on Walmart. I would like to commend an employee, Yoel, that recently checked me out. He was the first employee that was very polite, and bagged quickly and neatly, Walmart needs more employees like him. Overall I would give this Walmart store a 1 star in regards to organization, lack of helpful employees (many just say "I dont know"), low stock, etc. Please hire employees that do not walk, talk and move like it takes every effort from them to do so.... and I am not talking about any of the employees that greet you at the door. I feel like I am interacting with employees that do not want to be there at all. It seems like a true effort to answer a question or even acknowledge you.

Its a huge warehouse with cheap products at cheap prices. Everything is on sale to make it look like a cheap place to shop. When you go to leave youll quickly realize that because everything is so cheap, you filled you shopping cart just like everyone else did in the store and now you have to wait a frustrating amount of time to check out because there is approximately only 4 check outlines open depending on the time of day meanwhile you notice there is several employees walking amongst the store doing almost nothing but collecting their paycheck that they complain isnt enough for standing around a labour less job. Eventually you run the risk that because you purchased cheap items, those items will later on break in a short time. I give it two stars instead of one because i found a gnarly shirt there once.

Self checkout options were a 3rd star for this location. Most of the staff are extremly rude, they act as if a customer is not there. For example last week an employee was exiting the enter door while we were approach/entering and he rudley forced his way through practically knocking into my fiancee who was carrying our 2 year old. A manager in the customer service department is also very rude. Several of the employees seem like they do not want to even be there. Products are always available, shelves stocked, and prices are right. Which keeps us coming back. Im not saying all the Walmart employees are rude at that location, but there are a few.

Never enough cashiers, stuff in the wrong spot, and now TWICE the over night supervisor women with curly blonde hair has followed my boyfriend and i like were stealing. I spend hundreds of dollars here monthly on groceries and after this last time, between her and her staff, very openly following us and watching our every move, I will never go back. I could understand if we looked shady, but like really? I didnt have pockets, or even a purse on me, and he was wearing shorts. How the heck did they think we were stealing? Not cool

Convenient; traffic wise it can be tedious at 5pm; I was impressed with the produce dept that they let you try samples of something you werent familiar with. I dont even see that service in regular grocery stores. Theres one guy named Mike who is real helpful, and knows the details of fruit Ive never seen before! I was amazed, that Wal-Marts carries such a big selection of produce!! I would like to see more organic, non-gmo products being carried even in the produce dept.

Sorry Walmart, you blew it. Your staff was ridiculously rude during checkout and closed the lane as I put my items on the belt. Then got nasty and told me the lane was closed and pointed to the sign and said, "LOOK. THE SIGN ISNT LIT." Then I got to wait at then end of another line for another 20 minutes while the cashier asked me how much each item was. Pro tip: dont make it difficult for your customer to give you money. I wont be returning.

My husband and I have frequented this establishment in the past as it is the closest Walmart to our home in northern Harford County. That being said, we will never be coming back. The LACK of customer service is astounding. Also, the manager Robert Difuccia particularly did not do anything to aid the situation. He has set a terrible example for his employees and it is no wonder as to why they behave so negatively towards Walmart patrons.

The first time I visited wasnt that great but I gave it a second try and found most of what I needed. The third time I took my grandbabies and found a lot of groceries I needed (and some I didnt need, hehheh). I didnt think the lines were that long to check out like others have mentioned. They are open 24/7 except Christmas and there is plenty of parking. I didnt give 5 stars because itd have to be perfect. It almost is. :)

Good for quality of walmart the store is kept clean and shelves are normally stocked well. Hard to find someone to help during the day however at night you can find a larger staff that seem very willing to help out when needed. The largest problem with this store would be check out. The lines tend to get very long with only a few registers opened at a time with no urgency to get people in and out of their store.

Its a Walmart...They have pretty much everything, kind. Its a typical Walmart full of Walmart clientele and 100 employees that are no where to be found when you need them. 4 stars cause its convenient, they just aded self checkout and and it great to do your shopping at 2 in the morning. Pro Tip, there is no one in the store but shelve stockers at 4 in the morning.

This is one of the ones they call Super Center, with basically a full super market, a bakery, even a Subway. The only thing they dont have is a car care place, only a few of them offer this. Given its location, I think this Walmart is slightly better than most in all aspects. This store is open 24/7, and there is plenty of parking spaces.

Big selection, low prices, clean. Lines are long but they work at getting people through. Biggest complaint would be the lines at Customer Service for returns, money orders, etc. and the Photo Center. RIDICULOUSLY slow. The past 2 times I was in Customer Service line for over 20 minutes. A third time I just left after 10 minutes.

It is usually pretty good. But i was in need of deli meats today. I need low salt meat and cheese. So i have to get it from the deli. There were two people slicing and they were doing there best to keep up. But you must have more deli help. I waited 10 or so mins. There were still 8 people in front of me. I just left disgusted....

This store has gone to hell. I thought I was in effing Baltimore. No body on staff is willing to help. Nobody knows where anything is, cashiers are hiding with the lights off indicating no aisles are open, And the place is an absolute dump. Id rather be shot on north ave than have to come back to this atrocity.

This is the third time that I have come home to realize that I was overcharged for an item.... I just dont understand why and/or how this happens when they scan the items.... I go back to get my money but this is getting very annoying. Someone needs to look into this. Im sure Im not the only one.
