My order was to print out a PDF file onto poster board. I called ahead and explained to the Copy & Print shop that I would be bringing a thumb drive with the file. Once I arrived, the associate remembered our call and took the thumb drive to access the file. After asking another worker why she could not access the file, I stated that I use a Mac at home and that the drive is most likely formatted to that platform. She then told me I would have to go home and submit the file online. I live 20 minutes from this location. Off the bat, that was 40 minutes wasted. Side bar, what kind of corporate power like Staples cannot access an Apple platform in a major corner of their business/ advertisement area?! Once I submitted the file, I called again to inform the store that I need the file by 3 (I submitted the file by 12:00) and the file was mostly white with a few logos. The associate said they would contact me when the project was done. 2:45 comes around and I was forced to call them because I did not hear from them. The product itself was not what the associate showed me. The poster I paid 42$ for was basically printer paper that was glossy (24" x 48"). Very poor skills on the end of the sales and customer service of the workers. Once I approached the counter to pick up the project, I have to wait for the workers to finish their chit-chat to be waited on. Long story short, they have lost my business, my companys business, and wasted hours and hard earned dollars of mine! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I needed a simple poster printed and unfortunately placed my order at 2:06pm. Unfortunately, this apparently gives them the right to not have the order ready until closing time the next day. You would think that since I placed the order the day before, I would have been higher up in the queue. But no. After calling 5 times the day following my order, I finally reached someone only to be told they couldnt give me a definitive time, just that it would be done "by closing time". I called again at 7pm, and was told it was done except for the "quality check". I asked if it could be done in the next 30 minutes, as I was in the area, and he very rudely told me it wasnt due until 8:30, despite my having ordered it the day before. I arrived to pick it up 45 minutes later, and no quality check had been done. I reviewed the print myself, after once again being rudely told by another associate that it wasnt due until the story closed, contrary to the policy I read online. Very poor customer service and excruciatingly slow. DO NOT order from here, unless you have more than two days to wait for your prints and you feel like being treated terribly.

My wife and I were in Litiz visiting for a few days and found ourselves in in a jam. The Pro Stick in our camera was near full and we needed to purchase one for the next days events. We stopped by this Staples hoping that they would have one (a local Best Buy did not). They did not have any, either but we asked the young man helping us (TJ was his name) if he would be willing to transfer our photos from our Pro Stick to a flash drive if we purchased one. He said he would but after looking at all the new computers on display (which he was going to use) we found that none would handle a Pro Stick. This store had no card readers, either. TJ looked at what they had in for repair and found one that would work. He loaded everything on the flash drive which solved our problem. In total, he spent a good 20-25 minutes with us and only charged us for the flash drive!! TJ really provided us with great customer service.

Wasted my time here. Nothing would load, it took 40 minutes to print out 4 pages, the printers were super slow, and to make things worse I couldnt print my last document so they told me my only option was to log onto the computer and print from there which cost me $.30 a minute. It wouldnt have been such a bad experience had their computer not taken 5 minutes to only load Gmail. The customer service was okay, not the best, they didnt really seem to care or do anything to speed things up but they werent rude.

Customer Service with getting help with scanning a document was really poor. She really didnt seem engaged to help or know how the machine operated. I had to come back a 2nd time due to my first visit the file did not upload to my thumb drive. Upon my second arrival she noted my presence, however never came to ask me why I had returned or anything. I left with the wrong things due to this, and cost me time and money. Not very personable.

My printer was out of order on the day of a presentation so went to Copy/Print. Dave did a great job getting the order done while I waited and with a great sense of humor too! Kudos for great customer service.
