Ive been a regular at this location for about 5-6 years now, though i remember as far back as when this used to be a Funcoland. I mostly do my business here in reserving new games and doing the midnight release thing when available. ---The Quality is up to par and is what should be expected from any of the older Game Stops. Its very good and reliable but its nothing fancy. ---The service is good most of the time but they tend to know me there as someone who they cant upsell to so every once in a while i get the "yeah yeah yeah lets get you done and out of here" attitude, which in working in customer service myself i fully understand the feeling, but one must know that even though it happens very infrequently that it does effect ones opinion about the place for a lasting time. I still enjoy the service and think the staff as a whole an excellent team. --- To some it up, I will keep coming back to this Game Stop for as long as I still live within the area even though there is at least one closer.

Went in looking for a game that has multiple other games on the disk the young lady oh the Ns or something like that it doesnt come out till nov 11. I then said no I seen it for sale at Walmart. it has a bunch of sega games on it Then I learn she was talking about a console she was then she was condescending and said thats not a console I said I never asked for a console. Then she asked me for my ID to buy a game that you have to be 17 to drive? Yeah she was doing her job but this store loss a faithful customer. Im a 30 year old man tattoos from wrist to wrist. That was clearly a move of her just trying to be rude to the customer. The sad thing is just like I know you guys dont need me I dont need you. What happen to the old helpful employees that help me find my stolen Xbox?

I give these guys an excellent because I appreciate nothing more than an honest opinion. The staff has always given me their unbiased opinions on any games Ive inquired about. I really appreciate that when Im not sure about a game and someone tells me something along the lines of, "I personally didnt really enjoy that game for x reasons." The Gamestop at the Peninsula Town Center is the total opposite. Theyll tell you every game in the friggin store is phenomenal just to get you to buy it. I just feel no honesty coming from the guys at that place. Theyre all business people, not gamers. The place on Cunningham surpasses the one in the PTC by leaps and bounds as far as true customer service.

They placed the wrong game in the case they handed me. I asked if I can return it for a refund with the receipt, but they asked me to come back at a future day since they can only refund in cash and they had little cash. The return policy states that refunds are done ONLY using the same payment transaction. I payed with debit and they refuse to refund me with debit saying it cant be done.

Ive been a regular here I think going on 6 or 7 years now. Wherever I go in, the associates always make sure I have everything I need and answer any questions I have. Yes, there are some times that they should have more cashiers when it gets busy, but that is most likely due to not having enough people on a shift. I go here for all my gaming needs.

If you buy any pre-owned games from here see if it is possible for the staff to test the games before you leave the store to make sure they work properly. Other than that the staff is friendly, the store is clean and prices are pretty reasonable.

Staff is very helpful and knowledge. If they dont have what you are looking for, they will find it. The store is clean and fairly quick check out when they are not busy.
