Everyone in that store Besides the managers are useless, I have had a report on my phone that it was lost and have been trying to get it off, so I have been calling because I was told 24/48 hours well here we are 48 hours later, I call into the store to see if the lost report was takin off my phone, and I hear them all saying I dont know how to do that, and I get placed on hold, this guy wouldnt know his ass from a hole in the ground, he told me I had to drive into the store for them to look it up cause they couldnt pull my info up over the phone when I had told him they looked it up yesterday for me over the phone, so I walked into the store and all three employees playing on there phone, socializing, unprofessional, I walk up to the counter and all of a sudden since one of the employees saw me from before when I was in the store previously trying to upgrade my phone, she says right in front of my face, and to the other two employees there I dont know how to do that we have to call the manager. So within two minutes the manager talked her through the phone how to do it and after another 15 minutes she asks for my phone to enter in the IMEI number and says yea your phone is still reported stolen. I said you were able to do this without my information? She replys yes. So I said wel you just wasted over an hour of my time cause you could have looked this up when I called earlier, but none of you knew how to do this, which you should be trained how to, if no manager is in the store. So thank you Sprint for wasting my time with three of the most absolutely lazy and unprofessional, and useless employees I have ever encountered.

This store is terrible, its the only sprint "service center" in the area and they cant fix squat! Brought my phone there twice in a week to have it fixed didnt work. Was told I could upgrade to the new iPhone 7 and get it in a few days if I wanted to do I agreed. I specifically asked "since Im picking it up Friday on its release date will I have any issue with showing up and your store not having a phone for me?" Answer was: "nope since its preordered youll be good to go" long story short they didnt have my phone staff seems confused and unknowledgable. Manager runs a daycare as he watches his son during his shift who is probably 15 years old. First time I went in there he was laying all over the couches while customer were forced to stand....pretty ridiculous. Then finally they solved my problem after arguing back and forth and the manager stepped up before customer service could step in and call him out on his stupidity. Finally, they lied claimed they only received pink iPhone since thats what my wife got and then I see the managers son with a black iPhone wtf! This place is a joke if sprint wants service they need to recruit good people and restock this branch I dont even feel like typing another whole paragraph with more details as to why they suck because Im too annoyed at this point!

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. The sales rep basically made me feel like I shattered the screen on my phone on purpose, and suggested that I drive to Towsons Corporate Service Center because they are more lenient on pricing for phone damage. It was like he didnt want to be bothered. Then I was told that they dont even have the replacement screens in stock and I would have to wait 2 days for one. What the hell is the point of a Service Center if the parts are not available? I left immediately and went to Verizon, where I promptly cancelled my contract with Sprint.

service is complete dookie. Wasnt welcomed when I walked in, but a couple that walked in after me were. there was no one in line before me but I still had to wait. Reason? I have no clue. The associates act like they dont want to help you. thats the vibe that was given off. Id rather visit sprint in another state before I go back to this one.

Very helpful and nice! Ive always gone to the Sprint store at the Festival...and they are terrible there and so rude. I love the Boulevard store. They were so helpful and nice. It was a nice surprise. I will continue going to the Boulevard Sprint store.

FRAUD STORE!! DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ADDED A 4TH LINE TO MY BILL AND DRASTICALLY INCREASED MY BILL. STAFF ARE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. THIS IS A 3RD PARTY STORE NOT A LEGITIMATE SPRINT STORE, BEWARE.

The sprint store in abingdon was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and helping unlike the bel air location. I was impressed and will go back again.
