Phenomenonal bike shop. Period. My teammate and I had our Italian road frames built up by Ascent as well as got a bike fitting. This is clearly a shop that is customer focused, detailed oriented and puts priority in delivering top notch service and quality products at a competitve price. Kris who is a seasoned bike racer is an excellent mechanic and bike builder and has an eye for fitting that goes beyond measurements and numbers. Definitely worth the visit if you are in the market for a new bike, pro bike build or fitting. My other teammates will be following suit.

Kris and his staff are huge about there attention to detail, I came to the shop interested in getting a custom bike built. The amount of time it took for us to go over all the details as small as do I want specialty thru axles was around 3-4 hours. The best part was the fact that you could tell that the person talking about building this bike up was just as excited as I was about what we were doing with it. Cant wait to take it out and ride soon thanks Ascent Bikes!!!!

If you have improved your cycling program this summer, elevate your bike shop experience in HoCo at Ascent! Kris is knowledgeable, responsive and accessible. He has taken on issues from the complex (i.e. frame warranty issue from bike I purchased in another state) to the simple tune-up for me and resolved all of them in a very timely and satisfactory fashion. Definitely worth checking out this studio.
