Class A technicians there and the customer service is Great - I bought me and my Grandson a bike and Steve made my 5 yr old Grandson feel so special he is still talking about it 2 months later - Steves customer service skills coupled with his expertise is phenomenal - Steve is definitely a technical expert in the field and when I come in unannounced to get air in my tire he treats me like a brand new customer EVERY TIME- I took a fall one time and told Steve about it - he put my bike on a rack and CHECKED EVERYTHING (without asking) to ensure the bike was at 100% - that place is awesome and the epitome of what every customer service based business should be

Nice small-scale bike shop. If you want the cheapest possible bike (price-wise and quality-wise) with little to no help once youve paid, then go to Dicks, Models, Sports Authority etc. If you are OK with paying more for a much better bike, and to support a local business run by honest and helpful people, then buy your bike here. Good selection of adult bikes, all the accessories you could ask for, and friendly service. Plus, they follow up with some free scheduled tune-ups to keep your new bike running smooth as possible. Highly recommended.

Zero!!!! I got a bike from ebay and need it some work done so I took it to this shop and they had it for a like a week then called me and told me that they cant fix it just because they didnt feel comfortable working on it,couldnt they tell me that before they gave me an estimate, what type of shop is this that cant help you fix your bike. So I took it to another place and they got it going and cheapper too.

Laurel Bike shop is a great little place! The sales staff here is very knowledgeable and they carry a solid variety of smaller brands. Theyre not pushy when it comes to selling, though Ive noticed that the prices are a bit high for many things. Still, Id recommend this place and other stores like the bike stores in College Park down Route 1 over big-box places like Performance Bicycle.

These bad reviews seem bit bias. These guys are great, they deal in Raleigh and Giant mostly. Those are great bicycles and they are modest enough for most average people. I go in here when I have questions and they always answer them. Great local shop, knowledgeable employees, and great prices.

This is a great bike shop. I have bought two bikes here and I have been very happy with the service. The staff is very helpful, prices are competitive, and they even threw in a few freebies with my bike. If you are looking for a bike this is a great place to go.

This shop is full of fat old guys who dont even ride. They price gouge and are generally rude if they think they arent going to get any money out of you or just dont like the way you look. Its probably best in the future to not judge a book by its cover.

Bought a tire for my sons bike. Sold me a defective with a big bulge. After installing, it was even more obvious. Did not have a very good selection on kids tires.
