This place is amazing. Im a bike novice but commute almost everyday. My cassette or freewheel (I still cant keep it straight) broke mid commute and a friend recommended them. My bike was fixed within 30 minutes of walking in the shop for $30. They made other helpful recommendations for improvements to my old street bike to make it safer and a better ride. Im bringing it back next week for the upgrades. Tyler and Rob were super helpful. And plenty of parking at the Ivy City location!

One of the best bike shops in the city. Every time I visit they have exactly what I need and the brands I like (pedro tire levers, oury grips, brooks saddles, etc). As an added bonus, the mechanics and sales people are welcoming and positive, not pushy about cycling. One of the only bike shops I have had the pleasure of visiting that seems to be exclusively staffed by women and people of color, a rarity in the larger bike world.
