My wife complained to me several times lately about being roughly handled at the pharmacy. I dismissed it because Id never had a problem. Well, I guess Lydia (and absolute angel) was off that day, and I had to deal with someone apparently new, from behind the big wall. Wow, I felt like I was in downtown DC, rude, rough and aggressive, to me, and everyone else in line in front of me. And Im from New York! Ive got a pretty thick skin. Then when I went back a few days later to pick up, I got a little more of the same! Ive been going there for almost thirty years because theyre the closest. That Safeway over in Goshen is looking a lot better right now...

Basic grocery store, very weak seafood select. Theyve been trying to spruce the place up a little over the last few years but lacks the Scan-It function or self checkout that other Giants have. Its fine for the basics, produce is okay quality. There are so many nicer grocery stores with more variety and nice ambiance with a 10 minute drive, however. Prices reasonable if you shop sales only and use digital coupons.

This giant is fairly small but clean and Ive never encountered it being very crowded or short on shopping cards.. The selection of produce is good, though a couple of times the parsley and other herbs have been wilted so I had to pass on them. I do wish there were more options on health food items like Grassmilk and Really Raw Honey but overall this store does well for my weekly shopping.

Much improved customer service! In the past, I used this store just because its not very busy, but it really lacked in customer service. Recently, they have made vast improvements regarding their willingness to help and how they treat their customers. Now, I go there because I know they will go out of their way to help me in a friendly way. Great job, Crabbs Branch Giant!

One of the few Giants that still offer great customer service. The service deli staff is awesome. The store manager, Ed Thomas; makes you feel like a distinguished guest rather than a common patron. Love this store.

Its relatively clean and not too crowded usually (weekday evenings). Produce can be hit or miss as with meat selection, but this is a ding for any Giant around here, at least compared to Safeway and Wegmans.

Eager to assist staff, in all departments. Ed Thomas is an amazkng store manager, and hell always do what he can to help you. The only downside is a rather limited selection compared to other Giant stores

Not my favorite Giant store, but it meets my Giant needs. It has neither ScanIt! scan as you go nor CheckIt! self checkout, so if you go during off hours you may have to wait in line to checkout.
