Hot topic is easily my favorite store but Im not very happy with the fact that I bought 2 dresses that were the same size and only tried one one, thinking theyd both fit the same took it home realized it wasnt the case so I just simply tried to exchange said dress for a bigger size and was told I could not bc that item was marked on sale and all sales were final. I get that I should have tried both dresses on but was it seriously that big of a deal to exchange the exact same dress in a different size when there was an entire rack of them!?

I used to love going here, however turn over is very high and new staff pushes and pushes to get more sale. I avoid this store at all coast now.
