crazy stuff
One of the worse store i have visited. When i start the account with them i drop a phone from T mobile (iphone 7 plus 128 gb) which still have money to pay 600$ and when i was about to switch to sprint they said they gonna pay for it but when i switch i realize that the worse network in America is Sprint even phone calls wont be clear forgot about data use.. And again i switch back to other career and right now when i ask for the phone back they said they dont have my phone and manager dont wanna talk with me for whole 2 weeks when its last time to pay bill she called me after i called store for 3 times and she was soo rude saying that when u drop ur phone u drop it.. What the hell is u guys promoting saying money back guarantee for 30 days guys i dont understand why people are still switching to sprint please for god shake dont do this mistake and not from this store please worse costumer services they only care about their money and their own business they will never give yu best services.. Now i have to pay 600$ to the other (last) service and i dont have phone with me also they just ripped my pocket.. And they stole my phone.... Never ever do any business with this company and specially from store hell no
